Amazing hotel, amazing service and amazing staff. Perfect location.

Although the room size is small compared to Park Hyatt in China, it is quite spacious in Milan. The public area is more European in design, the rooms are relatively modern and simple, and the dressing room and toilet are not very convenient to be combined. The service is thoughtful and the breakfast is not bad.

The hotel is located next to the cathedral, in an excellent location. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and the layout is very reasonable and spacious. There are bathtubs and showers. I highly recommend it! There is no free bottled water in the room, which I have to complain about.

My schedule changed suddenly and I had to leave Milan a day early, but I couldn't cancel the reservation partially because it was two days before my check-in date. When I told the hotel about the situation, the front desk manager upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, and he was very considerate. I would like to express my gratitude to the manager again through this review. I have stayed at the nearby Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Four Season's Hotel, but Park Hyatt Milan was the best in terms of hotel location, room, service, and everything else. Thank you.
