3 Star Hotels in Mexico City

Hygiene: OK. It's just that the roadside is a bit noisy. The surrounding environment is safe. There are Chinese restaurants nearby where you can easily find food for easy travel. The restaurant is opened by a northern Chinese restaurant owner.

I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …

The hotel environment is OK, the front desk service is OK, the interior of the room is a bit old, and the internet is not working.

The location and facilities were very good, the room was clean!!! And with good lighting, the staff is quite helpful and all the questions I had were answered in a very good way in addition to having a good attitude. Only two points that they did not like were the included breakfast, which leaves a little to be desired, and check-in starting at 3 in the afternoon. But everything else is very good, thank you very much!!!!!

It bothered me a little that the restaurant on the terrace was reserved on the day of the firm group's concert in the zócalo. We couldn't enjoy it from the hotel since my room didn't have a balcony and they weren't available.

Great location, generous breakfast, CLEAN room and common areas! Security at front door was reassuring and Alejandro the concierge was a pleasure to meet. Water in sink and shower was too slow to get warm…never got hot. 🥲 All staff were very friendly and helpful! Thanks!

The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange. But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice. It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

I basically stay here every time I come here. The hotel is located in the north of the city, which is convenient for travel. The hotel service is very good and the breakfast is good. It is considered good for a hotel of this level.
