駐車場が近くになくとてもわかりにくいとこにあり迷って大変だった。エアコンから最初冷たい風がでて寒かった。お風呂はよかったです。

この値段で食事二食にアルコール飲み放題に温泉があったので満足です。

The bath is clear and a little hot, but you quickly get used to it and your body stays warm for a long time. There was a small box in the dressing room to put your valuables in. The cold water that you can drink freely after the bath was delicious. Someone wrote in a review that the view from the bathtub was dirty because the glass was dirty and you couldn't see outside, but the view outside wasn't that spectacular so it didn't bother me. The draft beer was cold and delicious, there were two types of alcohol and they tasted normal. The lighting in the room could be adjusted with a remote control, and the toilet was a new Panasonic washlet. Dinner was delicious with a wide variety of options, and breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the dining area were all nice. To get to the parking lot, you need to park in front of the hotel entrance, go to the reception, receive a map and a parking lot number ticket, and ask for an explanation of where to go. Thank you for the all-you-can-drink alcohol buffet and natural hot spring for 8,580 yen including tax.

I understand that it is a busy time, but the service is too bad. I understand that the dinner time is set, but when I returned to the hotel around 7pm after sightseeing in Matsumoto city, I was told that dinner was already past the dinner start time, so it was difficult. If that's the case, I would like them to tell me the dinner time since they gave me the key when I left in the morning. In the end, I couldn't eat dinner. I was able to eat breakfast the next day, but the rice was cold. When I told the staff that the rice was cold, they said, Oh, I see. I'm not exaggerating, it really was cold rice. No matter what I asked or said, they just kept saying that it was the hotel's rules. When I asked them if they were angry and that they wouldn't listen to the wishes and requests of the guests, they said yes, which was amazing. I didn't ask for anything unreasonable. I wanted to eat dinner. I stayed for four nights, but it was a series of disappointments. I will never bother you again.
