Service was terrible, we stayed for 3 nights, price per night was $ 310 what normally $ 126 but because of world dairy expo what was expected, but they never cleaned our room! 1st day we arrived no shampoo, conditioner, soap ect ,all 3 days we stayed no bed was made or towels brought in had to go downstairs every day to get clean towels or toiletries!!! Even got a comment we are short on towels really!!!!! This was our worst hotel stay in a long time will not recommend this hotel!!! Bad bad bad!!!

The hotel quiet new, about 1 year old which make it everything looks clean and nice. The hotel staff also helpful. The location of the hotel is in quiet place which make it more comfortable to sleep

Our family is from Hong Kong, because we attended our daughter's graduation ceremony, we chose to book this hotel for 9 days. After we stayed in a standard room for one night, we found that the room was very small and there was no desk. We asked the front desk to change it. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and changed us to a studio room, which was much larger. Thank you very much! The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient. The breakfast is the same every day without any change. I hope the hotel can change this! You can get the cleaning products from the service desk, and the service at the service desk is also very good! !

Stayed for two nights for a figure skating competition. My daughter’s team has arrived the night before and when I got there to take my daughter to breakfast, Brett was able to get me checked in early. The hotel was kept clean. Someone was always tidying up in lobby or outside. I asked for a late check out and they were able to give me one. I didn’t need it after all, but in my haste to leave I dropped a credit card. Brett called and left a message that they found it in the parking lot. He wasn’t in when I got the message and desk clerk said I’d have to call back when he was there because he was the only one with access to it. It was nice to know it wasn’t just available for just anyone to get to. He was very kind and took care of it for me. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in Madison!

Everything was nice and clean. Guest services was nice. Only problem was someone on my floor had the tv up. And someone on the floor over me had music playing loud.

Hotel floor was dirty, garbage bags on hallway next to the elevator. Obnoxious guests screaming in the hallways and bedroom at 4:00 am. Pillows are so small, and bed sheets were stained. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend staying there.

I liked the hotel if was nice the guy who checked me in was a great dude got me in fast. What I didn't like was my sheets was dirty blankets was dirty wall by trash was dirty. Wasn't able to hook up the game system due to HDMI cord was busted in the.. rooms need better lighting and it should be a way to step outside and back in without having to walk all the way to front of building once your out the side door to
