The staff is nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and tasty. There’s lots of food to choose for. The room is clean, bed is comfortable.

The stay is great, the hotel staff took care of me on my last day when i fell really sick. Really appreciate the concierge staff!

not much choice in restaurants

Great hotel, large room (was upgraded for free to Suite), clean. Marshal at reception was friendly and attentive. Large variety at breakfast, although the western options are still slightly limited. Would be nice to have greek yoghurt and more cereal choices. Chinese options are great. Joy (waitress at breakfast) was very good and deserves a mention!

The room has plenty of oxygen. It's my first time in Lhasa and I didn't have altitude sickness. Nancy at the front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. She answered all my questions. The sweet tea for breakfast is delicious. I have at least two cups every day. The heating in the room is very powerful. It feels like summer. I will come again next time.

It is an ideal place for quiet and comfort, and also a preferred place for business talks. During this stay, I had the honor to experience the hotel's excellent service and elegant environment, especially the careful care of Wayne Li, the hotel concierge, which made me feel at home. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the simple yet fashionable design style here. The lobby is spacious and bright, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, the front desk receptionist is polite and enthusiastic, and the check-in procedure is very fast and efficient. As a concierge, Wayneli provided me with meticulous service with his professional quality and friendly attitude. He patiently answered my various questions and introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me in detail, which made me look forward to the upcoming accommodation experience. At the same time, it also made me deeply appreciate the personalized service of InterContinental's special concierge. My room is located in the main building of the hotel, and the overall layout is spacious and atmospheric. The room is fully equipped with comfortable bedding and exquisite furniture, allowing me to feel the warmth of home while enjoying high-quality accommodation. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the pillows and sheets were very clean and tidy, allowing me to sleep peacefully. Welcome fruits and surprise gifts were also provided in the room, allowing me to enjoy a moment of joy after work. The hotel's catering was also impressive. Various restaurants such as the Western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and lobby bar provided a rich and diverse selection of dishes to satisfy my taste buds. The breakfast was rich and varied, offering a choice of Chinese and Western dishes. The food was fresh and delicious, allowing me to taste different delicacies every day. In addition, it was a pity that I did not experience the hotel's water park. Wayne said that the project is still under construction and preparation! Looking forward to the completion of the project! I wish the InterContinental Lhasa Paradise Hotel will get better and better!

I am very grateful to the housekeeper Lion for the romantic and thoughtful arrangement. I like it very much. This 13th anniversary is simple and happy. It is thoughtful. I can't say that I am 100% satisfied. There are always flaws in life. I hope it will get better and better!

The view of the rooms in Building 2 is not as good as that of the rooms in Building 1. However, the service here has always been online. I would like to praise the housekeepers Wang Mengjun and Yuzhen Chloe, who are very enthusiastic and careful in their work.
