Shell Properties in Lanzhou

This is a new hotel just open just one month. All the facilities are very new and clean. The people are very helpful and kind. Also it is close to the Lanzhou Xi station, very convenient. There are lots of restaurants downstairs, convenient but may be a bit noisy. Especially on the holiday, there is I think karaoke bar had the music so loud even after midnight. Otherwise everything is good and acceptable.

This time I came to Lanzhou to travel and stayed at the Shell Hotel Cultural Palace Subway Station. The overall experience was very satisfactory and I really recommend it to everyone! Hotel location is excellent, go out is the subway station, very close to the high-speed rail station, whether it is travel or transfer is particularly convenient, the surrounding dining, supermarkets are all available, life convenience is very high.   The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell and dead corners, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and it was very reliable to sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is fast, the toiletries are complete, and the cleaning is very meticulous. The room has good lighting, spacious space, good sound insulation, quiet and not noisy at night, and can rest well.   The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast and efficient, the attitude is kind and patient, and any problems can be solved in time, making people feel at home. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the WiFi is stable and smooth, and the price is super high.   Whether it is a travel, business trip or temporary transit, this is a very good choice. Next time I come to Lanzhou, I will continue to stay, and I will recommend it to friends and family around me, it is worth five-star praise!

The room is very good and clean. The space is super large. One 2.2m king bed and two 1.2m small beds. But it is really big and it is very spacious to sleep. The main is very clean and the service is super good. Every time I go out and come back, the front desk lady will greet me and say hello. Feel at home

Hotel location is superb, 3 minutes walk to the subway station, there are many dining options around. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the front desk was fast and the attitude was warm. The price is completely online, and I will choose here next time.
