My wife and I came to Lanzhou for the weekend. We looked at many hotels on Ctrip and chose this one. First of all, the hotel has a great location. The whole building is full of rooms and supporting facilities. It costs less than 20 yuan to call Didi from Lanzhou West Station. It is just a few steps away from the Zhengning Road Night Market. You can stroll to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and Zhongshan Bridge. The fifth floor is a gym and laundry. The room is fully equipped with Xiaomi humidifier, body fat scale, and air purifier. The decoration is simple and clean, and it looks very comfortable. There is central air conditioning, and there should be floor heating. The mini bar is free of soft drinks.
The breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the beef noodles, which are no worse than those outside.
Service: Great praise. Since I didn’t order breakfast at the beginning, I wanted to experience it after arriving at the hotel, so I told the front desk lady about it. As a result, she let us have breakfast twice with very little money under the best conditions. There are three turrets, warm bottled water and boxed fermented glutinous rice in the lobby. The beautiful women and handsome men at the front desk will expect you to drink more water. Even if you don't drive here, you can still feel the tension of parking. However, you can completely dispel the anxiety of parking by observing, because many times, as long as there is a car, the security brother will appear in front of you in the shortest time. Even if there is no parking space for the time being, they will settle your car after leaving the key. The cleaning lady must have seen my tea leaves. Without any request from me, she put a few more bottles of water after cleaning. Let's talk about this kind of service awareness. Where else can I stay if not here? The room is very clean and the soundproofing is relatively good. The front desk was very considerate and gave me a breakfast coupon (quàn). The not-so-greasy and pure home-cooked food is delicious. There is a direct drinking machine in the room so you don’t have to worry about not getting hot water. All in all, it’s great. One experience, Sanyuanli will be your first choice next time

Stayed for three days and was very satisfied in every aspect. I originally booked it for only one day, but I renewed it for another day and another day. I loved it so much that I couldn't bear to leave.
First, we entered the hotel lobby to check in. The front desk staff enthusiastically poured a cup of hot tea. Check-in was also very fast and we quickly arrived at the room.
The room feels very open as soon as you open it, and the design and layout are very natural.
The room is fully intelligent, with a very cute Xiaodu, who can turn on the lights, turn on the TV, open the curtains, etc. Just call Xiaodu, and you can also chat with Xiaodu. There are robots delivering takeaways and missing items. During my three-day stay, the robots came nine times. I really like the cute robots.
There is also night fruit and milk in the evening.
The breakfast is also very good, I can eat it every day. But getting up for breakfast was difficult because the bed was so comfortable.
Finally, I had nothing to do and drew a floor plan of the room. If you don't draw well, just play around and make do with it. The actual area is a little larger than what I drew, and there is a slight error in my measurement.

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful.
Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know.
Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂
We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

PPeterThis is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators.
Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back.
As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers!
One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best!
Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

I can’t wait to give this hotel a good review. I want to edit it carefully when I sit on the plane. We are going out to transfer at Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport for one night. I have to admit that the first reason for choosing this hotel is because I can pick up and drop off the plane for free. Haha, But after I stayed, I gave me a lot of surprises. Trip.com Four Diamond Hotel, and it is so close to the airport. It is really conscience to be able to achieve this price and service. I am very tired after getting off the plane in the middle of the night. I called the pick-up phone and the driver master came to pick it up soon. I was very enthusiastic. The front desk lady is even more heartwarming to give us a free upgrade room type, the interior of the room is very clean, the mattress is also what we like is not soft or hard, it is just right, I have lived outside for several days and it is a soft mattress. My husband has back pain. It’s hard to feel, there are more small details in the room. For example, the corner sensor light of the bed, the disposable cup will be wrapped very tightly, etc., let me be a very picky person, there is no way to pick up this hotel, the breakfast is also delicious, especially the bowl of hot pasta, is my favorite, go out and tell my husband, I knew that I would choose a flight that took a longer time to transfer, so I can sleep for a while, hahaha, I have not evaluated any hotel, but this hotel is worth giving a good review, like, I will choose this hotel next time!

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.

There are Lanzhou Wukong noodles, etc., so you can eat cheaply.
There is a supermarket nearby.
It is easy to get to other places by bus and subway.
The rooms are non-smoking.
There is a water purifier.
It is good to eat and rest in the common area.

The Lanzhou Xingu Bus does not accept Alipay for foreigners. You can only board with cash. Prepare cash. 2 yuan.
If you go one block east, there is a night market. There is a shopping center with Uniqlo.
Laundry is 5 yuan. The laundry dries quickly.
If you want a place close to Lanzhou West Station, this is a good choice.

JJinzhulamuYou can walk or take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. The starting price of a taxi in Tianshui is 5 yuan. It is close to the Gansu Provincial Museum. There are buses and subways nearby, which is very convenient. The interior of the room is comfortable and the bedding is comfortable. I recommend it if you want to stay near the West Railway Station.

… this is the hotel to stay especially if you are an independent traveller!
Even before arrival we reached out to Li and she promptly promised to send a car to meet us upon arrival at Langzhouxi. The Tumendun metro station is right in front of the hotel. So is the bus stop which serves buses running to several Lanzhou attractions.
Aside from the obvious locational advantages the thing that strikes me most is the warmth and hospitality of the family running the place. Everyone from father, mother, 2 sons to DIL was eager to help with any questions that we might have. We couldn’t believe how patient they were in providing invaluable insights for the benefit of the tourist.
The room and bathroom were kept clean. Hot and cold water were readily available as well as a kettle.
We are grateful and would like to thank the whole family for treating us like family during our short stay here!
