The room is very clean and the service is very good, especially the front desk reception service. This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a bus stop at the door. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The snack street is only a two-minute walk away. There are many people and it is lively. There is also the famous Zhongshan Bridge. It only takes ten minutes to walk. The scenery is very beautiful. I really want to share it with you from the bottom of my heart. If you come to Lanzhou for tourism or business, it is really great.

It was my first time to Lanzhou and I stayed at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is in a great location. Just turn right after exiting the subway station. It is also very convenient to go to the pedestrian street. There is a Dazhong Lane next to it, which has a lot of delicious food. The hotel service is also very good. They happily extended the check-out time. I am very satisfied

The front desk service of this hotel is very good, the traffic is very convenient, it is very close to the subway station and the bus station, there is a snack street not far from the neighborhood is very convenient, the environment is also very good, all their things are changed for one guest, the facilities in the room are also very good, the decoration is relatively new, The experience of staying is quite good and worth recommending! If you have the opportunity to come here next time, you will definitely choose their home.

Great hotel , I love that you can wash your clothes here by yourself without extra pay. Great for when you have been on the road for a while and need to do some washing 👍

Very convenient location right by the train station and close to lots of great food options. Staff were helpful and assisted in extending our stay. Laundry machine is available but you have to have your own detergent. Complimentary alcohol wipes, face wash, and other goodies were much appreciated.

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from train station. If you have a big bag take a taxi for CNY10. The receptionists are all super friendly and helpful especially Xiao Meng who walked me to a local restaurant nearby knowing I couldn’t read Chinese signboard. The room is clean and comfortable and has a massage chair - very nice. Free use of microwave and water cooler. The only problem when I was there is there was constructions nearby so iit was noisy even at night. Ask for a room facing a different side might help.

The bed in the hotel is very clean, the hygiene is relatively clean and comfortable, the air conditioning temperature in the room is very comfortable, you will not feel cold, it is very warm, the room size is also OK, 40 square meters, Xiao Zhu at the front desk upgraded the room type for us for free, there is also a late-night canteen to eat in the evening, there are some beef noodles and side dishes, you can go and taste them, there are also some porridge and other things, you can have a simple meal in the evening, the breakfast variety is relatively rich, there are some relatively large varieties, the selection is also relatively high, the hotel parking lot is also large, parking is also free, Xiao Zhu at the front desk input the license plate number for us, overall, very good.

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Orange Crystal is pretty good. The room is spacious and bright, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The location is excellent, very close to Lanzhou West Station, the taxi starting price is about ten minutes walk. In the evening, you can go to Zhongshan Bridge to see the night view, and go to Xinguang Night Market to eat some snacks. It is also very close to Gansu Provincial Museum, where you can see the museum's BMW Stepping on Flying Swallow and learn about the history of the Hexi Corridor.

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!).
