We talked last night about hiring two taxis but we didn't confirm it.They misunderstood the instruction and hired the two taxis. The room was very small & outdated. The mattress cheap & nasty. It is supposed to be 4 star but the facilities were non existent, not even tea or coffee making facilities. There was lamp sticking out of the headboard which is a daft place to put it. The restaurant was closed but could eat mediocre food in the cafe/bar. Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

We arrived very early since we had to drop off our rental car in the train station. There was a reserved parking space in front of the hotel to drop off our luggage and do the check in. This was great. We were able to return the car and start walking the city without having to drag the suitcases to the hotel. We came back to the hotel at about 3:00pm. Our room was very nice. The decor was very pretty. There was enough space in the room and the bathroom to feel comfortable. The hotel was very nice. The location not the best to be close to the center of town, but it worked for us since the next day we walked to the train station to take the train back to Madrid.

It is very well located, super close to Plaza Mayor. The super clean and comfortable room with a lot of space. It has everything necessary for guest****. Super recommended for stay**** in this beautiful city.

The room was very nice and cheap but there are some ”serious” faults. To start with two lights suddenly, it will be that we had very bad luck. In addition to the shower we don't know very well why but it was impossible to douche **** because it changed The hotel was very clean and careful.
