Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

We spent six nights here in a Premium room on the 15th floor. The room was spacious, well laid out and comfortable apart from the rock hard bed. We asked for the bed to have some softening layers added to it which helped but it still wasn’t great. If the mattresses are so hard now I shudder at the thought of what they’ll be like in a year or two… There were some teething issues with the hotel being so new. This was to be expected as it’s only been open for a couple of weeks. Probably one that was unforgivable was that our door was left unlocked all day by housekeeping. We reported this to the front desk but I was made to feel at fault as I didn’t tell them sooner. A little hard to do that considering we’d been out all day… this simply can’t be allowed to happen to anyone. The biggest issue for us centred on catering. We ordered room service one night and it was disgusting and almost inedible as it dried out, overcooked and tasteless. The main gripe was around breakfast as the food was never hot and you couldn’t get a decent coffee as the machines either produced luke warm beverages or only half a cup. Very frustrating. The staff were well aware and were full of apologies and mentioned they are having lots of issues with the induction heating. I hope it gets sorted as there is potential for a phenomenal breakfast to be offered as it was a good spread. Hygiene was also a concern when it came to the breakfast cereal as you had to dig the spoon out and I watched staff using their bare hands to shove the spoons back in. Gross… I made the suggestion of leaving the spoons in a bowl at the front but the staff member wasn’t having it. Apart from that, I could see the staff are trying very hard to make the breakfast better. Similarly, I let the swimming pool attendant know there was a broken tile on the side of the pool that I nearly cut my arm on. I’m not sure he cared less or perhaps he didn’t understand. I’m leaning towards the former. The location of the hotel is okay and it’s about a 10 minute walk to KLCC and 20 to Pavilion. Many of the Grab drivers didn’t know where the hotel was as it’s so new. We had to guide them. The biggest asset to the hotel are the staff who were super friendly, especially the lively security guys out the front. I hope they manage to get the opening issues sorted soon. Best of luck to the team.

I did some research about the hotels near KLCC… when I saw the picture of the swimming pool and gym, I decided to give it a shot instead of booking proper hotel… What I can say is… the location is very good cuz it is 3 mins walk to twin towers and it is located in KLCC… if you have two days only, it is worth a try… But management of the service apt is a bit chaotic…cuz it is actually residential… you can not expect you can get the service like a proper hotel… When you wanna ask for something… you gotta go down to the lobby… and no one is at the lobby at night…. Kitchenware are so overused… I didn’t even wanna try to cook omelette with it cuz definitely it would get burned… Very simple set up in the room… If you wanna go to swimming pool, bring your own towels from the room… Good things is the rooftop swimming pool stay open till midnight and has an amazing view of twin towers at night… But not what I expected for the price…

I like the service of the hotel very much! The staff are very helpful and remember what you need. My friend also used the gym and the facilities are good. The location is quite far from the airport. For the sightseeing area , the hotel is very close to the hotel if you take a grab👍🏻 If you want to buy some shampoo and daily necessities, you can go to KK Market nearby. As for restaurants, I would recommend a seafood restaurant called Hokkaido Seafood Restaurant opposite from the hotel. The seafood is delicious!

Cons- -One of the bed gives a loud squeaking sound as if the plank underneath are broken but still sleepable😅 -The toilet was not very clean. Can still see moldiness on its walls n floors. -There were ONLY one plug point in the room which was hidden behind the TV made known to us when we asked the receptionist and then they provided us with an extension wire. -THE WORST OF IT ALL WAS, WE WERE IN THE ROOM WHEN SUDDENLY WE HEARD SOMEONE SWIPING THE KEY CARD N OPENED THE DOOR. I managed to yell before they cud opened it further. We were appalled that they did not knock before using the key card when they wanted to give us mugs tat we didn’t asked for🤦🏻‍♀️ Parking is nearby either one charged by local council or private parking because the hotel is located right smack behind of Tawakal hospital.But quite a challenge to find parking because that area has a quite a number of good eateries.Its congested with people coming in n out that area.

Book under Lebaran Staycation for some leisure+wfh. + Location wise, near to monorel station and restaurant with few booths offer many types of dishes. + Staff are very cautious to guests, willing to guide and assist anytime. + Room are still smell fresh, everything is still polished as good as new. + The king bed is very big and very comfortable to sleep. + The inhouse dining restaurant are spacious with nice view to monorail rails + the wifi connection is fast - the staffs at check in counter could be friendly by offer smiles to guests - the variety of pastries is quite small for morning breakfast, no croissant on that day - the egg station prepare omelette in advance, thus no fresh and hot one being served - the fresh juices available that day is watermelon only, and other could be bottled juices. - the superior room is quite small, as well the bathroom. But still acceptable. - the round work desk is bit unstable, seem the fundamental is loose already. Overall a nice staycation and very good modern hotel options to stay in the middle of the city.

I am still waiting for My refund. that particular date I can't check in because nobody at the counter.  I make a booking & full payment for OYO Vue Resident Jalan Pahang on 11 March 2030. I night stay but very surprising because cannot check in due to nobody at the counter. Call many time also nobody pick up the phone. I need to find new hotel for My family. From March I call customer service, whatsapp & email but until now still waiting for My refund & apologize from OYO. OYO management please take serious on this metter. I will not stay in any OYO hotel as long as my problem is not solved. Money is not a problem but responsibility and honesty to guest should be given priority. From dissapointed guest. Thank you.
