It’s wasn’t bad

Before going to the Masai Mara savanna, I stayed in a city hotel in Nairobi for one night. It was very good. Vehicles entering the hotel need to be strictly checked by security. The guy at the front desk spoke English very well and was very humorous. The room had an overall European resort style, and there were birds in the morning. morning Call. There are also many types of room service meals!

The hotel has heavily armed security guards and 2 police dogs. The access control is very strict and the security is very good

Very good, clean and hygienic, one of the best hotels in Nairobi. The most important thing is that it is very safe, and the security is well done. The incoming and outgoing packages and luggage are inspected, the vehicle is inspected, and there are police dogs on board to inspect the vehicle. this is what we need

A very comfortable hotel. Maybe most hotels don’t have enough air-conditioning. The lobby doesn’t feel air-conditioned at all. Front desk service is not attentive enough, rather cool.

check in and check out was slow. room was old, noisy and rhe HVAC didnt work. way overpriced for what it is.

The cool crispness of the sheets was like a welcome hug after a long flight! The staff were great at guiding me and assisting with anything I needed! (Especially liked the Italian dinner suggestion!) Amazing service!

An absolutely unbelievable hotel! We were on the receiving end of some of the most welcoming and friendly service from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out. The wonderful staff met every single request and made our stay very special by taking the time out of their day to make ours better. Thank you, we had an amazing stay here!

All good. Loud clients and no dress code make some people approach in pyjama for breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice property. Rooms are very nice. Little far away from shopping. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurants. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

I felt like the staff/concierge tried to overcharge us for some excursions. They quoted a price which transportation was included and on the way back twice tried to charge a fee for the hotel shuttle when it was already included as part of the package price
