I recently stayed at Royce Residence by Wyatt in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
Upon check-in, the entire unit had a strong and persistent cigarette smell. It wasn’t just in one area—the odor had permeated the whole apartment, including the bedrooms. Even the pillows and blankets reeked of cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable to rest. This was especially frustrating because all guests are required to sign a no-smoking agreement, yet the condition of the room clearly did not reflect that policy.
Additionally, there was no bath floor mat provided upon check-in. I reached out via WhatsApp to request one, but my message was completely ignored. Despite waiting, there was no response or follow-up, and the issue remained unresolved until I checked out.
Overall, the lack of proper room preparation and poor responsiveness from the staff made the stay far below expectations. I hope management takes stricter measures to enforce their no-smoking policy and improves their guest communication moving forward.
