Hotel 28 Rapid

So far not bad , just some room need to do service repairs for problem think on room....but customer service good to service customer.... room have problem will help to checking if can't be changed to other room for customer.....

Good place to stay, clean and worth Yr money, easy to access on food and daily needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Rapid during a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a level of hospitality and comfort that made my stay both productive and enjoyable. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff who made the check-in process seamless. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for my entire stay. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I found it easy to relax and get a good night's rest after a long day of meetings.

housekeeping need to clean under the bed coz very dusty. toilet have so many hair. new renovation room need to maintain the quality.

I called the hotel to cancelled. The hotel did not returned my call . Called many times no reply. I went to the hotel the next day the receptionist told me I have to inform Trip. Very very very bad customer services. So I did not stay. My take on this case you TRIP shouldn't have business with this type of unsystematic management. My money gone with the wind.
