Once you stay in this apartment, you won't want to leave. The rooms are beautifully appointed, impeccably clean and spotlessly clean. Staying here will relax your body and mind.

location wise are very good,KLCC just few mins walking,also MRT are just downstairs,check in and out are smooth,a lot of guest everyday The only thing is the pool are only open 10 to 10,I go out early and come back late,so doesn’t got much time to enjoy the infinity pool,and also the pool can’t see KLCC much,so if you are in it,choose tower 2 better,they are facing to the KLCC,refer to my photo

The location of this hotel is nice and it’s big. But we didn’t like our stay here because of super crowded lobby, unorganized lobby reception, imagine they will not let you check in early before 3pm so you have to left your luggage’s with other luggage’s in the hotel lobby without room and proper storage. We also didn’t like that they will never give you a chance to check in early and let you wait till 3. They also didn’t give us the room that we booked we don’t know for some reason they didn’t tell us they just said that they upgraded our room which we didn’t like because of the location of the room the intertet is so weak and the view because we bookeed and nice city view but they didn’t give it to us. I always think this way that when the hotel upgraded your hotel booking its always shadey and it’s like not upgraded at all it was just all a lie. We didn’t like also the service here because we came at hotel late from clubbing we are all thirsty and when we want to ask for room service unfortunately it’s not available because it’s till 7pm only!!! they didn’t even mention that to us upon checking in. The good thing about this hotel is the infinity pool nothing else. The service, the lobby the reception are no for us. Take note going in front of the hotel is quite traffic too because of narrow road of the area.

Unit is almost perfect. The lift and internet wifi signal need improvement. It’s a new building within walking distance to TRX Mall (10mins) and just next to this condo is a well known bakery & pastries LEVAIN. Person-in-charge is attentive and good manner.

All the facilities are very new and convenient to use, especially the washing machine with washing and drying function, which makes up for the regret of not having a balcony. Everything is good. The biggest problem is that because the house is relatively new, the smell is really strong. It is not recommended for people who are sensitive to respiratory tract and smell. It would be better to come three months later or later.

The view of balcony is able to see the Petronas Twin Towers, it is very nice. The service of ambassador is good, facilities haven’t been experienced. No food was provided.

The serviced apartment is spacious enough and comfortable to stay in. The quality of the furniture is average but understandable. The only problem is that there is no socket next to the bed, which is very annoying for three days. There is a socket behind the bed and it cannot be used without moving the bed. Other than that, everything is good. If I go to Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely choose it.

Super central location, but an easy-to-miss entrance (Grab drivers often had problems), nice pool and very clean! Overall, a great place to stay in a great location. We did have a few problems, though: Communication was an ABSOLUTE disaster! Never experienced anything like it. I had to contact Trip on the day of arrival, 30 minutes before I was allowed to check in, was then sent a WhatsApp number (with no further content) and then had to send my booking confirmation again until I finally received the information (4 pictures and two lines) for check-in. Perhaps the landlord didn't fully understand that it was up to him to provide a reasonable service and prepare the check-in process. WiFi barely reached the living room and certainly not the bedrooms. There are lamps by the beds, but they don't fit into the sockets and there are no adapters either.
