When we checked in WiFi is not working, microwave is not working. We stayed 2 days nobody cleans room.

The room had a very strong mouldy smell. There was also an ant infestation. There were ants crawling around on the countertops and bathroom floors. Do not stay here!!!

The room is spacious, but bad smell is unbearable.. It's really bad smell. Smell like old room. And The floor is also sticky. I checkout the same day..

Very, very good. The bed is very comfortable and the environment is quiet. I will order it next time.

Facilities: Overall it's OK, it can be clean and tidy. Environment: There is a big difference between the hotel's promotional photos and the actual promotional photos! There is fraud! But the overall environment is OK! Service: There are many Chinese tourists, and there are no conversion plugs, so you need to buy them yourself. The cost performance is not high, not cheaper than in China, that's all I can say.

The location is very close to the Twin Towers, about a ten-minute walk, but there are no Chinese restaurants near the hotel, and there are many Indian and Middle Eastern tourists. There is a Middle Eastern food court next to the hotel. The lobby is very noisy at night, and the items in the small shop are super expensive. Luggage storage is 5 Malaysian dollars a day. Also, the sink in the bathroom is very blocked, and the water is flooded. It feels that the room smells and is not so clean. I don't understand why the TV in Malaysian hotels is so difficult to turn on. I can't watch it and there is no prompt on how to operate it. There is no in-room phone to contact the front desk. Contact the hotel contact person and wait until you leave the hotel to reply.

The room and facilities are very good. The location is easy to travel and there are many restaurants around the hotel. But there is one thing that I have to deduct points for. On the day I checked in, I noticed that the door lock in the room was broken.

Everything was good except maybe the TV and the Wifi in the room which didn't work as I was often out it didn't impact me that much.

The room is big and the view is great. It's also close to the Petronas Twin Towers. The infinity pool has a beautiful view! There is a convenience store downstairs, and there are Zibo BBQ and a Chinese supermarket nearby. I stayed there for a few days and was very satisfied. It was clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio was perfect!

This kind of room with a living room and kitchen is really necessary when taking the kids out. The location of the house is very good, very close to the Petronas Twin Towers and in the city center. If the kids are sleepy, I can bring them back for a nap. I will book here again next time I come!

Except that the carpet in the bathroom was a little wet, everything else was good😍😍! Especially the swimming pool was really deep🉐My favorite! The facilities were very advanced and good! Will go back again!

Chinese friends, please remember to bring a converter, otherwise you can’t charge the phone. There are no slippers in the room. There is a washing machine in the room. There is a kitchen. The hair dryer is broken.
