Just had a week here, and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel, despite not being obviously in the heart of Kos town, actually is. Out the hotel doors and in just few minutes walk, you're in the old town. A few minutes downhill - the harbour. Short walk along the harbour - beaches. Easy. No need at all for transport around the town and easy walks in all directions. Hotel itself was great - as others have mentioned, amazingly clean and bright and also compact, so felt really homely as it's not a big vast space. Rooms were a decent size with a balcony that in our case (room 321) had plenty of afternoon/evening sun. The staff on reception and the bar were brilliant, and the rooms were cleaned/made up daily to a very high standard. But the standout were the breakfast service staff - we were met with smiles every time, and they really seemed to want us to enjoy our time with them. And on that, the breakfast was really good too. Plenty to choose from, plus some little extras you don't always see, so it meant we had a positive start to the day! Pool area was calm and quiet (although this was early May, so might be a bit more noisy later in the summer) but the pool was nice, the bar was constantly attended and felt like a nice little escape from the town. All in all a really good hotel in a great place, with brilliant staff.

We have just returned from a wonderful 15 day stay at this superb hotel. This has been our fourth stay. The hotel itself is in a great position to explore Kos town. It has possibly the best hotel swimming pool we have ever come across. The hotel itself is kept clinically clean. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The bedrooms are spacious and clean with excellent air conditioning. All of that having been said, there are not enough superlatives to describe the exceptionally wonderful, friendly staff. The cleaning ladies are polite, efficient and friendly. In the restaurant and around the pool there are Anna, Margarita, Natasha and Michael. At the bar there is the wonderful Georgia and on reception we have the ever efficient Kristi and Eleftheria. Finally, it’s difficult to praise enough the wonderful hotel manager and Operations Manager Dimitra. She is someone who manages this hotel like a Rolls Royce. She is tireless, efficient, welcoming and just a terrific person. We had the most fantastic time and cannot wait to return.

Exceptionally clean and really spacious bedroom. There was myself and three children travelling we had a junior suite which was superb. The rooms were clean and cosy large balcony. The pool was really a nice vibe with snack bar. Just make sure you order before three. I would like to commend the staff at breakfast for their hospitality their friendliness always having a smile always ready to fix a problem. Special thanks to the reception staff and margarita , Michael and Natasha at breakfast who is always smiling and ready to help. And the guy at the snack bar sorry can’t remember your name. Thimida who I have just found out is the manager is humble and very welcoming. Christy and lilabet at the front desk. Patient with all my taxi requests. There is so much to see and do here . We stayed for 4 nights 5 days and we felt like we had been away for ages. The weather was amazing also some of the shops and restaurants were not open yet as it is not for season. Now for some people this might be a downside however it was super quiet no queues for anything easy to get a cab and I like strolling in the streets, without feeling the pressure of a crowd. There is some great shopping here to some bargains to be had . Portes of Greece and little boutiques around that area. Don’t forget your olive oil , olives ,hammam towels . Everything to enjoy is a minimum 10 to 15 minutes away. One of the best things we experienced was the town centre and the architectural museum is within good distance. We also went to Zia which was fun to see the sunset. Eat at Olympia 1 or 2 . Good food slouvaki and mousakka gyros and of course Greek salad . I found the food reasonably priced spending on average 40 euro for main course for four. Breakfast buffet was great enough variety. April evenings can get chilly . We always got a sunbed There’s is little shop for snacks and water next door Massage available and wellness centre Bring a roku box if you have one .. Netflix works well here especially for the kids in the evening. I will definitely be back to enjoy this island at this hotel

The hotel is brilliantly located, a 2 min walk to the harbour, historic ruins, multitudes of bars & restaurants. The hotel itself is immaculately clean everywhere, the rooms are spacious, modern, have TV, free WiFi, large walk in showers, balcony, air con. The staff go out of their way to ensure your every need is met. On one occasion I ordered a pink grapefruit soda, they didn't have it but within 24 hours they ordered it in especially for me. The breakfasts are yummy & bountiful. The weather was 27 degrees & the children were in the pool at every opportunity. There is a games room, with a pool table & air hockey near the pool. Check in was easy. We have fallen in love with Kos & the Greek people, we will definitely be back & we highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was an excellent base for our holiday in Kos town. Hotel and rooms were super clean, excellent choices for breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I was however sad to witness another guest be very rude to a young lady on the reception on our last morning there but the young lady receptionist was so polite and nice to the not so nice guest it was very impressive ( I will never understand why people will think that it is ok to be rude with people who are there to help you!) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be placed close to the marina and the Old Town for their holiday.

The hotel lies almost in the middle of Kos city, very close to all attractions and harbour. Everything was spotless clean, as well as our room. Comfortable beds guaranteed good night sleep. An awful experience was a musician during one evening hours - I would call rather his music as noise. Unfortunately our room faced inner court and we had to listen to his loud noise for several hours. The breakfast was good although tea and coffee serving direct to tables was burdensome. Self service would be better. Its bacon was weird, made of pressed meat. Anyway, a highly recommendable city hotel in Kos!

We are on day 11 of a 14 day stay at this superb hotel. This is our third stay at this hotel in the past 12 months and it won’t be the last. It’s possibly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean much of that has to be to the credit of the wonderful cleaning ladies who work very hard. We want to give particular mention to the lovely Anna and Clara both of whom keep our coffee cups topped up at breakfast time. In addition we want to mention Kristi who oversees the reception desk and has given us a number of excellent tips on places to eat. Finally we want to mention Dimitra the hotel’s Operations Manager who works incredibly hard, lights the whole place up with a happy personality and who we have nicknamed the Goddess of the Blue Lagoon.
