The hotel is very nice, clean and tidy.
The beauties in the front hall are also very enthusiastic, introducing me to the surrounding places to eat, drink and play, but the weather has been too sluggish these days, and it has been raining every day.

Thanks for the warm service of the beautiful lady at the front desk, very professional and prompt. The hotel is located next to the university, it is very convenient to come and see the children, it takes about five minutes to walk. 艾斯翡雲酒店非常好！我們老倆口到漢中看油菜花住該酒1630房間，沒想酒店相當棒，性價比很高。到酒店時，前台送奶茶，到房間後，房間寬敞，床被、衞具非常乾淨，隨即服務員送來小點心，其中有一天下午還送來醪糟湯圓很好吃。早餐也很豐富，中西餐都有，還有漢中特色小吃。純凈水供應充足無慮。入住、退房非常簡捷快速，可見管理非同一般。交通也方便，不遠就有夜市。下次來漢中一定再住該酒店。

酒店不是獨棟，但是樓層較高，安全性私密性還不錯，值得肯定的的是酒店整體給人感覺舒服，工作人員很熱情，基本有啥事，説了都會幫我解決，我帶了小朋友，還幫我協調了一間雙床的房間，還給我們準備了小童專用拖鞋和洗漱用品，為顧客着想這點值得表揚，第二天退房酒店總經理主動詢問入住體驗，並安排了工作人員幫我們搬行李送到車上，離開時還特地準備了路上喝的水。下次出門還是選擇艾斯這個品牌，服務好貼心性價比高！還會再來[強][強][強]

艾斯的服務一直很熱情，有一種回家的感覺！酒店有地上和地下2個停車場有24小時保安值班給人感覺很安心。房間很大很乾凈，高層視野很好，視角很不錯，可以看美麗的城景。衞生間浴室乾濕分離，喜歡他們家的洗護用品。床感覺也比別家酒店要舒服，推薦他們家的枕頭，真的是認床朋友的首選。房間還給安排了小驚喜小零食礦泉水也是不限量免費供應的。大廳裝修簡約大氣，關鍵見到每一位工作人員都很熱情都會主動微笑打招呼。早餐廳也在二樓，品類很多，很喜歡店長推薦的小餛飩還吃了漢中特色麪皮。夜宵都是工作人員直接送到房間。下午茶也都是很貼心送到房間很精緻！總的來説很不錯，艾斯系列一直很喜歡，值得推薦。
