Very considerate service and you can feel the warm hospitality! Nearby a very good location. 7-11, Starbucks and BTS station are all around with 5 mins walk. We will definitely go back again! Btw, trips.com provides a very clear instruction in booking hotels with competitive price. Highly recommended!This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

My family stayed for 6 nights at family ocean view villa. We all enjoyed and hotel service are excellent. All staffs are friendly.
Our villa is spacious. Food are good. We’ll surely come back again!

The deductions are: the restaurant is really bad, the burger made me want to vomit.
The breakfast is average, not as luxurious as Park Hyatt Capella. Hilton's food is really average.
The water pressure in the room is very high, and it will spray everywhere when washing hands.

Conrad Koh Samui was originally the most anticipated hotel for this Samui vacation, but unfortunately it became the most disappointing one for us.
The hotel is built on a cliff and has a high degree of privacy. This is the only advantage, and other aspects are surprising. First of all, the sanitary environment is very average. There are earthworms in the room, the sheets are not clean, and the pool is full of leaves, like an abandoned backyard; there is no sense of ceremony when checking in.
