We spent two wonderful weeks at this luxurious hotel and are still absolutely delighted with our stay! The room was stunning, with breathtaking views and every comfort we could wish for. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always happy to help with anything we needed and making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety of delicious options, and the overall service was outstanding. We also enjoyed the fantastic drinks at the bar, the delicious cuisine in the restaurant, and the beautiful swimming pool. The location is perfect, and the spa massage was absolutely amazing. The spa staff were just as friendly, professional, and attentive as the rest of the hotel team, making the experience truly relaxing and unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and are already dreaming of coming back again!

A good location, walkable to town. The facilities were average and as we paid low season rates, it was ok. It is definitely not worth A$600 per night! The whole place is rather dated and the photos are not a true representation. The staff however were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

They dont have a designated car park in the hotel so you literally have to park on the street, we showed our thai driver license but they were adamant to see our passports, so funny because the other hotel where our daughter and boyfriend stayed, they didnt ask for their passports at all (they too have thai driver license) I ended up emailing our passports but whilst my husband was walking back to the room, he said one of the ladies in reception stopped him just to ask which countries we are from, So bizarre - borderline discrimination. Another incident is when our friends from a nearby hotel tried to sit on the sun loungers (there were several empty and it was 4pm ish) they guys from the bar literally came over to say that guests are not allowed - again so bizarre as we stayed in their hotel in amari, used the sunloungers and ordered drinks - the staff are more friendly in Amari. I will never stay in sareeraya ever again, for the amount that we paid to stay for 2 nights, we didnt feel welcome at all. Besides the pool is too small, it gets too crowded at some times. The food at chef's table also was not that good, i ordered the penang curry i didnt like it taste bland.

I will never forget what we went through there They invented a Rom Service account for us in the amount of 1000 which was never done by us. We insisted and said it was not done by us. They gave up and did not ask for anything, because they saw that we were not suckers After waiting for a taxi, a service woman arrived with a new claim Now you can't find an air conditioner remote, They made us open all our suitcases in the street that the road is on fire. And all that they know we're late for the flight. From the head of the hotel staff he wanted the 1000 baht for his personal needs We were in a hurry for the flight so we could miss it on the last few minutes we arrived. We paid the 1000 baht and were sent to repack the things in the suitcase which caused us to miss the flight. We came to the hotel after a friend's recommendation to celebrate an engagement day, this hotel will be criticized every day on all social media for how much they made us feel like the hotel was stolen.

Great place for family vacations. Very nice and friendly staff. Good location.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a balcony furnished with a sofa. The hotel overlooks the beach, and you also have access to the pool. Fantastic is the word to describe this establishment. Thank you.

We were very upset that you can't swim in the sea nearby... I didn't see this information anywhere when booking the hotel, we only swam in the pool. Because the water in the sea is essentially stagnant, there are seaweeds, the bottom is rocky. Breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly

Before departure had communicated with the hotel, wanted them to help prepare the cake for fellow travelers, but on the day of stay the hotel said because of Technical Problem so to delay until the next day to give us, however the front desk attendant was very sincere, felt friendly, even We will do our best to help if we have trouble, the hotel is not very big, but it feels comfortable, breakfast is simple, but the taste is OK, looking at the sea for breakfast is very pleasant ~

I rarely give bad reviews. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in recent years! Except for the location, which is OK and the Chaweng Seafood Market is right outside, the rest is really bad! The price of more than 2,000 yuan a night is not a pitfall, it is just a fall into a well! The room can only be described as old and shabby. The furniture is old and in disrepair. The TV is super small. The so-called five-diamond hotel uses this kind of chair and iron bedside table. The bathroom door is not closed tightly... Well, I can tolerate all these, but when I entered the bathroom and saw the big ball of hair on the wall, I was really shocked (Figure 1, Figure 2)! ! ! It's so disgusting! ! ! The sanitary conditions... It is worth praising that the security staff have the best service attitude, which is very serious and polite. This is the only thing that I think is okay. Breakfast is at the beach, in a fully open restaurant, hot, and not many types. Another reason is that it may be because it is close to the beach. There is a strong musty smell in the room, which is very humid.

The location is very convenient, the room is large and comfortable, and the service attitude is very good! Very close to the city center! I sincerely recommend it to everyone 😎, there are a lot of delicious food and popular 🔥show performances at the nearby beach, everything is so close, just right 👍🏼
