I have stayed in hotels of this brand many times, and basically there is nothing I can fault except that the rooms are a little smaller. 
In addition to the hot springs on the top floor, there are also free ice cream bars and drinks, as well as free massage chairs (15mins), which is really enjoyable!
Although the ramen is not top-notch delicious, it is so unforgettable that you must rush to have a bowl🤣 I hope the supply time can be longer

The location is very convenient, not far from JR Yuanshao Station, one stop to Sannomiya, opposite Daimaru Department Store, 711, next to Nanjing. The room is small, but clean and hygienic, standard air purifier, no bathtub, shower equipment is very good. The lobby and breakfast room are on the second floor, the breakfast is not very rich, and the overall satisfaction is very good!

A modern hotel with friendly staff. The room is small but this is already expected from most of hotels in Japan. Everything is kept clean and in order. There is not much of amenities such as gym, pool or spa. There are vending machines, microwave and washing machine on some floors. Breakfast was included in my hotel booking and provided a lot of variety although they are same in the both days I was there. The hotel location is very convenient, walking distance from train stations such as Sannomiya & Motomachi, and eateries at Ikuta road.

The raw eggs and natto are the most luxurious breakfast I have ever had. The room is clean. It is a bit small for foreigners, but it should be medium in Japan. The transportation is very convenient. It is in the city center. The price is acceptable. After all, it is a holiday.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is not far from the core area of Sannomiya (commercial streets and stations, which are the main places visited by tourists), and it can be reached in a short walk. And it happens to be not far from America Park, which is perfect for a walk at night. I think the hotel itself is neat and clean. Since I'm only staying in Kobe for one night, I basically don't have time to stay in the hotel. I just want to spend the night, so the experience is not particularly profound. I just think it's convenient and has no other worries.

The reception is at level 5 of the building. Location is really near the JR Sannomiya station and there’s a supermarket in adjacent building. They provide Kose face products and other amenities at the counter during check in, different types of teabags and drip coffee at the restaurant opposite reception (and even a wine dispenser machine). There’s a fun chess set outdoors beside the restaurant. The room is basic but big with a sofa inside, desk is a little small. Was initially disappointed with their check in time at 5pm but they allowed me to check in at 4ish and even brought my luggage to my room! Great service!

The sound insulation is a bit poor, so light sleepers should be careful.
The location is really good. When I arrived on the first day, I followed the navigation and it was a bit circuitous. But after I left boldly the next day, I felt that it was convenient. After exiting the hotel, turn left and go straight ahead for 2-3 intersections. When you reach an elevated intersection (picture), turn right and you will find the Itakyu Department Store, the busiest place at Sannomiya Station.
Or don’t turn right and walk boldly forward, which is Daimaru Department Store. The Daimaru here looks high-end. The building is so beautiful. Daimaru is very close to America Park.
I walked back and forth on two legs the whole time.
There are 711 downstairs on both sides. And the whole family. coco curry shop.

It was my first use. The room was old or old because of the deterioration, but the cleaning was firm. And above all, the staff was kind and polite. GGuest UserThe nice appearance inside and outside the building is in other word of mouth, so there is little information about the bath 々. The bath here is directly connected to the Goshobo source, and you can enjoy fresh hot springs more than the head family's Goshobo. There are two private baths like a slightly larger family bath, and it is a system that can be used at any time if it is free without reservation. Since you can use the large communal bath of Goshobo for a certain time in the evening, everyone seems to be going there, and both of these baths were monopolized and unlimited from afternoon to night. It is a perfect inn for hot springs, but it is a little expensive for long stays. I have to cut 10,000 yen without meals for one night.

NNormanHotel Okura is very prestigious place with Japanese emperor frequently visited. One of the big conglomerates Pre world war 2. 1 year ago, Japanese emperor had visited Okura Kobe. However, it has been subpar to say the least and overpriced.
Cleanliness (Stains in a lot of spots)
As you can see from the photo. There were stains at bathtub. When I asked the front, they said it is inevitable due to how long it has been used. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point
Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling)
The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness.
The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs
The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe.
Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic.
Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English)
The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing.
Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)

GGuest UserI used it for the first time. It is very convenient because it is close to Sannomiya Station and there are many commercial facilities and restaurants. The front was a main road, but the room was quiet. The staff 々 also felt good, and it was helpful to keep my luggage for a little time after checking out. The room was clean and he had a view of the city. (Middle floor) The buffet-style breakfast was also fulfilling and delicious for the reasonable accommodation fee. It is convenient to walk to the sightseeing tour bus stop in 5 minutes ～ 6 minutes.

GGuest UserI chose this inn for morning and evening room meals with an open-air bath in the room. This condition was very cheap and affordable compared to other hotels. The food in the room is devised and delicious, and the person in charge is polite and good. It was at the front desk, but it was a pity that there was no alcohol spray in the room. The open-air bath in the room has a ceiling when the large open door is fully opened, but it becomes an open-air bath. Is it semi open-air? Radon hot spring water is always poured in, and the bathtub is deep and wide, and it is large enough to put in four couples and two children at once, and it has a very open feeling. The room has only one bathtub and there is also a body wash space. The view from the open window is wonderful and it is very relaxing as it is a refreshing green side of the mountains across the river. The scenery at the top of the Kokokan website remained the same. In addition, compared to high-priced inns, the facilities are a little inferior to the luxury feeling, but other inns in Arima are in the city, so you will not be able to see this view. The parking lot on the day of stay can be parked after 10 am. I checked in at 15:00, but I arrived early because it was crowded the day before the Arima Onsen holiday. After taking a walk, I returned to the inn at 14:00. From there, I was allowed to wait for an hour at the front desk. 10 minutes ago, the male staff explained the facilities and emergency exits in the building while saying an extra word that it was a little early. If you are an inn like this, you will serve welcome tea and sweets and entertain you at first, but it may be a shortage of labor. The room had an open-air bath. I was satisfied with the massage chair, but unlike the image I saw in advance, the sheets were laid on the mattress. Did you miss the futon? It was so thin. For dinner, he offered beef and sashimi close to the edge, probably because he was conscious of profitability. The white rice is not sharpened well or it is scalded. The soup stock tastes like the second soup stock, probably because it was taken wrong. Ssa2kiI went by car, but the affiliated parking lot was full and I parked in the nearby coin parking. There are many parking around the hotel, but I struggled to find it because there are many steps. If you use the train, I think it's good because it's near the station. The room is semi-double and compact. The bed making was clean. Somehow there were a long hair on the bathroom wall, a few hairs on the wall before sitting in the toilet seat, and ３０ centimeters in the bathtub. The toilet cleaned sheet was pasted, and the inside of the bus and the wall were dry. I can only think I wiped it with a used towel... It's a bit creepy. The bedside and outlet are about １ｍ away in a semi-double 1 room. All the lighting was convenient because it was possible to sleep.
