There was a strong smell of cigarettes.

This hotel is a bit like a couple hotel, but the hygiene is surprisingly good. The bathroom in the room is very clean, and there is no smell of smoke in the room we stayed in. Next time I go to Kobe, I will still book this hotel because the price is relatively cheap, and there are private parking spaces for free, which is very convenient for self-driving tours. The most important thing is that it is very clean.

The flight was delayed that night. It took off more than an hour late and arrived at Kansai Airport more than an hour late. After that, many people queued up to pass customs. After many negotiations, the hotel did not handle it as appropriate. Even after providing evidence of delayed flight information and evidence of queuing at customs clearance, it still refused to cancel. I paid more than 700 yuan for one night's rent but did not check in. , this hotel is completely inhumane and does not take the guests' feelings into consideration at all. I will never stay there again! !

It's a very quiet place. It's a little hard to find the way when you get off the station, but if you go through a passageway underground it's very close. The room is very clean and spacious. The shower room is great.
