Great location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.

The hotel is right across from Daimaru Department Store, with many luxury and trendy brands in the vicinity, making it incredibly convenient for shoppers. Sannomiya Station is also a manageable walk, taking about 10 minutes. The room isn't large, but it's spotlessly clean. There's enough floor space to comfortably open your suitcase. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area, though there isn't a bathtub. Elevator access requires a key card, which definitely enhances security. Furthermore, the entire neighborhood is very quiet at night.
