This time I came to Jiuzhaigou and chose Zhenshanxishe Hot Spring Hotel. The room facilities are complete, including smart toilets and smart switches. The soundproofing is good, the bed is comfortable and clean. First of all, the location is very convenient to enter the scenic area. It only takes ten minutes to walk there. There are many places to eat around the hotel, which is very convenient and affordable. You can also eat in the hotel. There are yak soup pots and special ******* dishes. The taste is good and the price is affordable. The breakfast of the hotel is rich and delicious, and the service is also very warm and friendly. The staff are all good-looking. The brothers and sisters are all good-looking, haha. The hot springs are open from 7 o'clock in the evening and you can soak in the hot springs. It is very comfortable and relaxing. The lady at the front desk said that the hot springs will be drained every day and are clean and hygienic. Girls can bring their own swimsuits. I am very satisfied with the stay this time. It is a great hotel and will be recommended to friends who come to Jiuzhaigou for travel.

We had an excellent stay. First is the location, we took the bus from Huanglongjiuzhai station and dropped off at Pengfeng station, and the hotel is in opposite side so that we only need to cross the road. It is also not far from the scenic area, only about 10min of walking (we chose to walk because of the traffic jam near the entrance of the scenic area). There are a lot of restaurants and store nearby and on the other sides of the river. About the room, although it is a bit small but very smart and modern. The smart toilet with headed seat is a plus. The hotel is very clean and it has free laundry service and free milk tea. Not to mention the great attitude service of the front desk. They are very supportive and answer all my requests. We forgot the trolley on the bus and they even helped to call the driver to bring it back. Overall, 5/5 rating. Thank you very much.

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

I am satisfied with this hotel from check in process till the check out. Everything went on smoothly. Most importantly, the bed is comfortable and clean. The wc is warmed for the winter season which is greatly appreciated. I had a chance to speak with Xiau Du and true enough she is very helpful. The staffs may need to learn from her as her standard can be quite high being an experienced manager. I had a few occasion when other guests are speaking a little too loud, but the staffs handled it very professionally. I respect that. And I do appreciate that they care about every guests. It takes about 5 min drive to the entrance of the National Park, which need to flag down a taxi and every time, need to haggle with their pricing. Standard is rmb15, but some will charge rmb20. The hotel is located right next to all the food restaurant and convenient stores. Overall, the stay is really good and glad to be able to find this hotel. Hope to come back again for even greater experience. All the best to the hotel. Maintain the cleanliness and provide more assistance to international guests would definitely be a great thing for the hotel to come out greater than the rest of the nearby hotels.
