The room is fully equipped, clean, and just a few minutes from the scenic area. The hotel is right on a commercial street with all sorts of food, which is super convenient. The welcome snacks were a thoughtful touch, and there are many breakfast options. Highly recommend!

There was no dust or stains on the floor, under the bed, or in the bathroom grout, and the 'one guest, one change' policy for linens is very reassuring. The service attitude is exceptionally good; the staff are polite and attentive, handling things efficiently. They patiently helped resolve any issues I encountered. Overall, it was a perfect experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.

First time in Jiuzhaigou and I booked this hotel in advance. The room was clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. The front desk service was exceptional; in the morning, we couldn't get a taxi, and two lovely ladies helped us flag one down, which was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou!

Arrived in Jiuzhaigou in the afternoon and stumbled upon this hotel. Didn't expect such great service! The kind lady at the front desk helped us purchase tickets for Jiuzhaigou, including the senior discount tickets, which we wouldn't have known how to get on our own. It was a huge help. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The environment is nice, and they have their own parking lot, which we were told is free in the afternoons. Seriously, the service was excellent! 👍👍

I was very satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff were friendly and always patiently answered any questions I had. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the space was spacious. The soundproofing was also good, so I had a very peaceful rest. Every detail was well thought out, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It was a cold, rainy afternoon when we arrived, and they thoughtfully brought us two bottles of warm mineral water. Shortly after, they sent up a snack platter. The next day, there was a minor, inconsequential hiccup, and to apologize, they sent up a large plate of freshly washed cherries 🍒. We're so grateful for their warm hospitality! The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is close to the scenic spots but not directly on the main road, so it's very quiet. Downstairs, there are all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely a five-star rating!

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou with my family, this hotel has an excellent location, just a ten-minute walk to the East High-Speed Rail Station. This is my second time staying here, and they even thoughtfully upgraded our room. My whole family was comfortable and satisfied with our stay. I truly recommend it!
