I am very satisfied with my stay. The panoramic room has a great view, the bedding is comfortable, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Two small shortcomings: the Chinese restaurant in the evening was understaffed, the service was not timely, and the order of meals was random. The Western pastry for breakfast lacked the characteristics of a five-star hotel. It would be better if it could be improved.

I came to Pujiang with my family during the Chinese New Year and stayed at the newly opened Xinguang Sheraton. The hotel environment, comfort, service, and catering were all very good, especially Rico, the guy at the front desk who checked us in and out, was enthusiastic and meticulous, and the guy at the front desk. The guy with the gold key on his uniform (forgot to look at the name tag), their service with a smile is impressive! Recommended!

The room is a bit old, but the facilities are good. The air conditioning is very powerful and silent. There is a river view and a city view outside the window. The breakfast is very good, with many local specialities.

The hotel has a pleasant environment with high floors and a prime location. Upon returning to the room, there was an upgrade, and I am grateful for the attentive service provided by Evelyn and Candy at the executive lounge. The happy hour offers a wide selection of drinks, and my foreign friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves, even after having a few drinks.

Slightly smelly rooms - maybe I am too sensitive. Pretty noisy with cars during the day. No desk for work but small table available. Very busy lift. All service was satisfactory.
