The room was average. The front desk and restaurant service were very poor. There were no smiles during the whole process. The scheduled superior room with a sofa bed was changed. Both of the sofa beds were broken. Finally, two mattresses were made on the ground. I'm not sorry.

Very satisfied with the European B&B, the absolute advantage of self-driving tour. The parking lot is free of charge on a road. The service is super good. It takes half an hour to get there early. The attitude is super good and free coffee and snacks are provided. Well, the place to spend money on the toilet is very good. Going out is 21 roads, a bus day pass, 7.5 euros to sit casually, in fact, 15 minutes to the city center, the main station and attractions are also in the city center, play direct 21 road back, get off is the hotel. The exterior of the hotel is a small hotel, but it is well-organized, the breakfast is superb, clean and tidy, and the things are good. The new women's rooms in the Hotel Waldegg are simply terrific!!! So many details in PINK: the comfortable armchair, the decoration, the women's calender, the yoga mat!! They have thought of everything that makes women feel good. Beautiful harmonious ambience. good bed Enough space. Nice bath. View of the Pilates. Very tasty food in the restaurant. And very friendly and dedicated staff. I'll be back!!

Close to the lake, super tossing from Zurich airport, train and bus, it took about 2 hours to put it... a little tired~ I know that I will not be so tossed by boat in Lucerne, and the boat is still comfortable. ~ The room is quite big, but I think the door is not very good, I feel that the lock is easy to open, and I bring the anti-theft artifact. The day before yesterday, the staff will return to your question, but feel very impatient. One day, the cleaning staff cleaned the room during the day, put my pillows on the bed, and put my pajamas under the mattress. I found it for a long time, and I went to the front desk and said that my pajamas were gone. I was dissatisfied! ! ! We were allowed to spend a night in the youth hostel with my class as a start in our competition. Breakfast was very praised by everyone and the rooms offered everything we needed. Thank you again very much for flexibility and spontaneity.

Superb stay for a few days of business..staff were great at looking after the team with all needs. Food was great (if a little limited options), view is lovely across the lake and the rooms were quiet good too - seem to have learned from previous reviews and added a fan. It isn’t the kind of hotel for bellhops so if that’s what you need, head elsewhere but with on site parking, a good breakfast and close to the mountain, it was worth the stay!

It is quite rare that i would give somewhere the full 5-star/excellent rating but this hotel is amazing. Gosh - what a location. It really could not be more Swiss if it tried. One morning we even caught the ferry up to Luzern from the jetty outside the hotel. Magical. Reading some of the other reviews, i can only say that we found the breakfast spreads absolutely wonderful. Plenty of choice and of an excellent quality. (Even better they waited until you had finished before clearing the table). To me though, it was that everything was just so damn-Swiss (and i mean this in a nice way). Service excellent, everything on time, all the design and detail had been thought out. it was really difficult to find any fault (that said despite having almost every adaptor under the sun we did struggle with the Swiss two pin sockets i.e. could not plug in laptop). Some of us even went for a swim in the lake (and then were more prudent by trying out the sauna). The rooms with a balcony overlooking the lake. I mean what more could you ask for! Stunning. Would highly recommend.

Location is near to train station. Overall the hotel is good, breakfast is good. The worst incident is the check out issue where the hotel charge us for the deposit. It took almost one week then we got back our refund.

I tried to get to 4 out of 5, but need to be honest. The hotel isnt responsible for the view and the view makes up for a lot of negatives in the hotel. Check in was friendly and quick and we had the key to our room on the 4th floor no more than 5 minutes after we arrived. Parking was a bit of a search because we arrived on a sunday during lunchtime and apparently this is a popular time to have lunch at that hotel. The room we got is on the 4th floor and is a standard room with lakeview. The room is very tiny! Washbasin is in the room and the shower and toilet are separate but really tiny space too! If you are with 2 and you have your luggage then the room is completely filled up and no space to store anything. There is a ventilator, but no airconditioning. But thats OK. we could open the window and the fresh breeze over the lake came into the room. But also the mosquitos! So maybe they can place some mosquito net in front of the window? There is a watercooker in the room, but with a very short powercord, so the only place where we could use it was on the washbasin, but that was not very stable. The bed was not comfy, hard and the pillows are non existent. The wifi was good and fast! Then breakfast. It was a ”buffet”, but it was very limited. Some bread you need to cut yourself, thats OK, but with Covid? And the rest was just some cheeses and meats, some sweet things and thats it. Coffee was from a machine and juice from a tap. It was ok, but not really memorable. We didnt have dinner here because we read some reviews and watched what other guests ordered and compared prices and we decided not to do it. Check out was not really check out, it was just paying the bill and thats it. The desk agent didnt ask how our stay was or wasn't interested at all. So all in all too much things I dont like about a hotel at this price level. The views and location is priceless thats true. But it was like that the hotel is managed without passion. Thats a bit sad.

Staffs were really nice. The room is big and the welcome drink was so fresh. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
