Fair deals specially living in Swiss, 2mins walks from the station and hotel will provide you a free daily travel ticket that you won’t need to move your car to the Lucerne city centre. Parking lots just opposite of the hotel and have discount to Euro15/day during your stay.
Staff is friendly, but breakfast has a large room of improvement.

Close to train station and it's only two stops from Luzern Central. Room is clean and breakfast is decent (consider it is free for all customers). Would consider staying again if I stay at Luzern area.

Easy to find the hotel as it is near the Matternhorn train station(less than 100m) which is near Lucerne main train station(2stops).The hotel is clean, the receptionist is helpful and let us have an early check-in after we join in the IHG member(FOC).The breakfast was ok(no Asian breakfast). There is a supermarket, Subway, McDonald etc around the hotel.

Overall the hotel is clean and re-newed. Good for short stay. But reception service was so slow, we arrived at around 9pm and we waited 30-40mins for the reception counter and get back to room at 10pm. Also the staff keep suggesting us to park our car in nearby carpark instead of parking slots in front of the hotel.

Location is near to train station. Overall the hotel is good, breakfast is good. The worst incident is the check out issue where the hotel charge us for the deposit. It took almost one week then we got back our refund.
