What I like most about the hotel is that it is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the subway station and a large shopping mall. It is conveniently located. It has a shared space, a public kitchen, a small fitness room and a free laundry room. The only drawback is that the front desk staff speaks too fast and in a high tone. The hotel is quite central in location. There’s Starbucks next to it. However there are a lot of stairs and is not accessible to individuals who could use ramps, like travellers with large suitcases or disabled. There’s steps leading to the check-in lounge, steps to go up to the lifts and from the lifts on each floor to the rooms. The room is clean and of a good size. However, mine is right next to the main road and is very noisy. At night, there’s a low ringing noise that came in every 10s - I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all. The housekeeping is ok - but they missed some items after they cleaned up the room - they did not replenish the slippers, the toothbrushes, and the bath essentials. One of the towels had a lipstick mark on it. I had to go to the front desk to get them, but the front desk is very helpful. On the last day when I wanted to check out, the front desk personnel is missing and I had to wait about 15min for the person to return.

I had a pleasant time at the Shama Central. It was a really lovely hotel/ service apartment. The room was quite spacious, with a big dining room and living room too. Everything looked fairly nice. And the hotel was located at a convenient area, with many good restaurants nearby! The whole apartment was kinda dreamy, view was ok. However, the one problem was the front desk staff. When we were checking out, the female frontdesk staff member was really rude. Her attitude was very poor and I felt rather surprised by her attitude. It was such a shame because the rest of the stay was satisfactory, but it ended on such a negative note because of her!
