I haven’t been to Hong Kong in five years and I experienced the new hotel in Hong Kong - Meng Zhuon Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the subway station opposite. The service staff are all young, fashionable, good-looking, friendly and enthusiastic, making people feel like spring breeze. Due to its excellent location, every hotel room has a sea view room with an excellent view. Looking out is the Victoria Harbor, which makes people feel refreshed. The decoration style of the hotel is simple, fresh and fashionable, and design elements are reflected in all details: the design in the elevator, buttons, lights, graffiti on the guest room aisle, the wine set in the room, the shape of the lamps, as well as the body lotion and toiletry brands It is a very niche MALIN+GOETZ! I was pleasantly surprised, the taste is unique😃😃😃 My bug battery broke, and the hotel promptly brought a charger to charge it. The room was a bit cold, and they also brought a heater promptly. The service was considerate and attentive. On the day I left, I called a reserved taxi and put my luggage in the backup room. It's in the box, and it's thoughtful and careful. The restaurant on the 38th floor is so beautiful, with a better view. The Chinese breakfast ordered is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. I feel that if I come next time, I will consider staying there again. Thanks to Dilys chan, Andrew Cheung, and Doudou in the restaurant for their service! First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

Overall I had a pleasant stay here. Location is pretty near to the TST MTR and a lot of food nearby. Room is very clean and spacious. Hotel will collect deposit HK500 per night, if you stay for 4 nights, they will ask for HK2,000. Some days they don't replenish toiletries thinking that you still have it from other day that they have given you. We stayed over Xmas period. The staff won't even greet you by saying a simple Merry Christmas or Good morning etc. When I asked to arrange for taxi to airport. The staff told me they can help me or I just flat my own taxi outside the hotel. If you have children and sleep early. Behind the hotel are pubs and clubs, it turned rowdy and noisy at night. Some drunkard will screamed and shouted or quarrelled. Location wise is not bad, about 8 mins walk to train station and with many eateries.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Kowloon Bay Area. Shopping centers are just a quick 5-10 minutes walk away and there are plenty of food choices right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is nice and offers good guest service as you walk in. Maggie Ng was very helpful with my luggage and extremely polite. The rooms are nice, but nothing over the top. The room was clean, spacious and had all toiletries and clean towels provided. The one thing they can add in the rooms are an iron and an ironing table. I did get the smaller room, so it is possible that bigger rooms come with the ironing set. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Empire Prestige Hotels

I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf. I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

It is relatively clean upon check-in. However, room service does not clean the room at all. They only provide a change of towels, bottles of water, and tissues daily. No change of bedsheets either. We try one night in Dadal Hotel on week end. But it was totally different what we see in the advertising! First the price was not cheap. We have to paid over HKD 1,000 for one night! We stay with 4 person's room two adults and two kids. The room not big enough and the bath tower are not clean and old. Regarding the service they are not professional and I may say no service at all. Only the location was in center of kowloon that's all. If anyone want to try this hotel must be take time to consideration!!
