The boiling water machine did not work properly, even I said It was leaking, It was never replace it.

The hotel is located on the main road in the center of Cadiz. It is about 5-6 minutes drive from Cadiz Cathedral and the old town. There are many parking spaces around the hotel. The room is large and comfortable, with a good bed and a good shower.

This was a great find in Cadiz. All the staff were really helpful, made a special effort with everything we asked for. Great value for money , the locals use the bar and Restaurant , very close to the Beach. 3.50 Euro cab ride to shops. ( we are lazy ) What more could you want ! Value for money. Loved it.

Very well located just a few hundred metres from the splendid Cadiz beach. Very good breakfast. The noise coming from the street is a bit annoying. Soundproofing could solve(?) the issue.

Staff at check in very helpful. We had an issue with the first room which was quickly and efficiently resolved. The hotel is on a busy road so quite noisy when windows are open, but it is convenient for buses into town, or it’s a twenty five minutes leisurely stroll. The restaurant bar is popular with locals, and food is average. We parked our small hire car in the hotel car park, it’s accessed via a small car lift, you’re allocated a space but there are only a few spaces and very little room to manoeuvre.

This hotel has a strict policy to wait until summer to allow guests to use the room air conditioner. Today, Cádiz temperature was over 25C and there was no a/c available for guests. I contacted the front desk and they told me to open the windows. They also offer a floor fan. Do you believe I was expecting to pay over $200 to sleep with the windows opened looking to the next neighbors building. This is outrageous. You get all the smell from the outside and the noise. I even called Barcelo's customer service and they told me there was nothing they can do. No a/c because it still winter with a 25C temperature. I will never recommend this place or stay here ever again.

Overall, it was very nice. Great location, able to find everything I needed. The only thing I would recommend is to have USB available in the rooms, there wasn't any and I was there for business. Other than that, my experience was very nice!

Front desk staff were too cold on desling with us. And the ones eho supposed to be giving us the information, were too stiff to give any. Hence, since this is my first time stay in a hotel in Spain, I did not feel welcome to stay. Treatment has to be the same disregard whoever booked the hotel (individual or company)

Very good, would stay again if in Cadiz. Very nice hotel with efficient friendly staff and nice food in bar. The rooms were cleaned daily and reception very helpful booking taxi,s and helping us out as we do not speak Spanish.

The hotel is on a major avenue with lots of restaurants around. It is a standard Barcelo hotel with a large bedroom and bathroom. It is clean and well maintained, with a restaurant and a parking garage (additional fee). We were unable to do an early check in so dropped our luggage and walked along the oceanfront promenade into the town center (15-20 min walk). We also found some street parking so didn’t park in the underground garage. The room has a safe, coffee kettle, mini fridge. Our room had a distant view of the ocean. There are several restaurants along the oceanfront promenade. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and very friendly employees, fine breakfast, problems are solved quicly, I travelled alone but did not feel alone is this surrounding, perfectly located, supermarket nearby and beach + restaurant is 5 minutes away
