The hotel location is good where near by Donki. The gym room close too early at 8pm that is not a good time to close because i prefer that i go to gym after hand out.

Good location to access shopping in the centre despite being located in the back street. Room and bathroom were very clean. Buffet Breakfast is served in the sister hotel. Nice Middle Eastern coffee shop just around the corner. We booked this hotel solely because it had advertised a swimming pool, however, upon arrival we were informed that the pool is closed… it was hard to get over the disappointment as the price was higher compared to other properties in the area because of the swimming pool. We were offered trip coins by the trip.com as ‘compensation’ … despite the mis-advertisement being reported to trip.com, the hotel description has not been updated (January 2024) and was still advertised with open access to swimming pool. For all the swimmers, call the hotel before booking as you might end up paying higher rates for closed facilities…

Overall, it is clean and efficient, however it is really strange for the a/c and lighting system. All rooms, their A/C cannot be adjusted the temperature, so the hotel provide the small portable heater. Plus the lighting system is super complicated. Hard to turn on and go to toilet at night.

Very polite and helpful service. Excellent location. Very clean room with a modern and new look. Have stayed here before, will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Beware of their early check out. 11am!! Room is tiny. No room for luggage if you have any. Typical Hong Kong service. Older aged lady at front desk hating her job. So the attitude is passed on to you. Would not stay here again. Many other options nearby.

I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hyatt Excellence Hotel in Hong Kong. The service provided by Brain at the front desk was exceptionally attentive, and the hotel’s environment was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay

Best experience at this hotel. Brian at the check in desk was the highlight and made this trip an exceptionally pleasant experience. Will be here for all my trips to HK!
