Traveled to Hong Kong with friends and our kids. The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient to get around. The MTR and bus stops are both close by.

We stayed in the new district. The room, though small, was fully equipped. It was clean, fresh, and bright. Thanks to Brian Liu for upgrading my room ❤️. Grateful for everyone and everything I encountered.

The service was great; they brought whatever we needed. However, the room facilities were very old. If you're a light sleeper, you won't be able to stay here. The air conditioning was incredibly loud, and the hairdryer was also very noisy and didn't work well. The location, though, was excellent – convenient for getting everywhere.

Great location, convenient for getting around. The cleanliness was actually pretty good, though there was a dried-up contact lens on the sink. We booked this hotel last minute because we were stuck in Hong Kong due to a typhoon. The guy at the front desk was super nice and gave us a room with a fantastic view, but unfortunately, we couldn't see anything because of the torrential rain and strong winds.

The guy at the front desk was taking calls while checking me in, and he took several calls from different people. The room was incredibly small and incredibly dirty. Forget about not having a washer or microwave; they couldn't even manage basic hygiene. The shower drain clogged as soon as I started washing my hair, and I was shocked that the tiles behind the toilet were loose. The complimentary afternoon tea was surprisingly awful.
