Room is clean. The hotel lobby is very spacious, nice ambience & the ***** new year decoration is simple & beautiful. The only drawback was if u drive, its not so straightforward to get to the main lobby entrance, also depending on which direction you are coming from. The car park has security guards & good lightings, feel safe. We ordered room service during late night hours, some of the foods/drinks listed on the late night menu werent available.

The entrance of the hotel super challenging, the signboard not clear enough, i had made 2- 3 round even i followed Waze. It will be super good if improve on this. The lobby is best with local traditional games.

I love this hotel because it is nice, clean and located just beside Midvalley & The Gardens Mall. However nothing much to explore at Garden Mall and Midvalley, boring malls. And that is the only attraction nearby this hotel. However the LRT station (Abdullah Hukum) located very near just accross the road. The food selections for breakfast was quite nice. I love the curry mee so much. The roti jala was really delicious too. I believe same chef cooked the curry 🥰🥰

Recently stayed in Deluxe room and the experience truly exceed my expectations! We received a warm welcome & surprise in the room with a cake & decor. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The room was very clean & spacious! Breakfast have many varieties! The hotel is also conveniently located wuth sheltered walk all the way to Garden Mall & Midvalley. Will definitely come back again !
