This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. Still love it. The location is prime, right at the beach, although it takes about 30 mins of walk from the pier. The place is clean, bright and very quiet at night. The staff is super helpful. We arrived late at night but they came to help with the check-in once we contact them. Will definitely stay again.

Note that if you want to check in in person, the reception is located at a completely different address -- walk straight ahead after getting off the ferry and it's a shop on the right that also handles bookings for several other bnb places. Otherwise, if you show up at the hotel itself, check-in is by WhatsApp only, which is a bit annoying. Also note that there's no lift, and the hotel is situated on a slope, so try to avoid bringing a lot of baggage. While the opening hours of the restaurant / lounge area on the top floor are supposed to be until midnight, it is unstaffed and the air conditioning is turned off after breakfast hours, so I wasn't able to use the space despite it being a nice area to do some work or read.

This is my second time staying at Ngong Ping Youth Hostel. The service attitude and level of the front desk receptionist (hostel housekeeper) are beyond imagination (the staff on duty worked overtime until late at night, followed up the whole process after adding WeChat, and did their best to solve the many difficulties before we arrived at the hostel. After arriving, the attitude was humble and polite, showing the excellent youth hostel service spirit and level. It was really impressive! Thank you very much for Mark's help, which is indeed a timely help in an extraordinary situation. Heart ♥️Mark, the youth hostel experience on the night of May Day was super good. The traveler Qianglie recommended staying at Ngong Ping Davis and gaining a unique experience of the youth hostel! Ngong Ping Davis & Mark, See You next time!

It was a great family weekend. It was raining but the kids spent 3 happy hours at Epicland which is a couple minutes walk from the hotel .. I took the opportunity to enjoy the spa at Auberge .. they give 15% for hotel guests .. the next morning when it wasn’t raining we went to the swimming pool and it was very nice.. it’s a nice weekend get way from the city :)

The West Park has a good environment. The traffic and location are very quiet. The inside and outside of the camp are generally clean and the staff are very friendly. The equipment in the park is very good. There are different play facilities and a lot of goats.
