Location a bit far to Kwun Tong MTR. Most eateries close early and even shops in apm close at 9 pm, cannot believe this is Hong Kong. The reception was helpful as I had to leave an envelope for a friend in HK to pick up and they were helpful. Hong Kong really needs exceptional service more so now as even ;pca; HK people go to ************** for better variety of shopping and food.

Very gratefully got upgraded and the room was spacious! There's a living room and a kitchen (cant use tho). Literally big room with everything in the room, super nice! The room and the washroom were clean and with a bathtub! Loads food choices downstairs and close to the mtr and bus stop. The staffs were nice and efficiency. Easily check-in. Highly recommended

Room very small, opening the luggage will block passage way to bathroom. Loved your bathroom slippers with different colour for easy identification. Bathroom and shower door is 2-in-1. Water tends to splash out if closes the entire bathroom room with the door. The bathroom facade is translucent, meaning can see the blurred person showering inside. Not ideal for non couple. Good mountain view from rooms on high floor. Glad to have room 2702. Breakfast was ok. Room price was very ex, SGD220+ per night.

Not so convenient, long walk from MTR station but quiet and calm, there's a park nearby, clean and tidy, bed is big and no smoking, it's good overall speaking

Great hotel when you urgently just need a room! I was in a situation where I needed to Early check in, and sleep as the prior night had been a stressful one. The hotel accommodated this request to the best of their ability and gave me a room 3-4 hours early! It was the only hotel willing to do so. They also did not disturb me at all, and the room itself was bougie and nice! Overall, met my needs and was super clutch when needed. Thanks IND Hotel!
