The view is wonderful if you take a harbor view, it really changes the experience. The service is great except the check in process, the staff is not enough, plus they let the platinum member in before the other guests so you will have to wait until there are non more platinum… they should have at least ONE PERSON taking care or non platinum members. Location is awesome, go to the top floor bar for a couple of drinks, the view is worth it. I recommend it without doubt

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

My stay at k11 artus was phenomenal! The view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, offering sweeping vistas that left me in awe. The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice. The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

It was wonderful! We received a welcoming voucher of one drink at the Cafe per person. We enjoyed the breakfast, as the menu has a range of fresh vegetables and delicious croissants and dessert. The location was a perfect thing I really value high. We could walk to watch the symphony of lights in the evening, took a light walk to Heritage 1881, busy Tsim Sha tsui and Jenny bakery! The hotel is little bit old but I would definitely recommend it. They offered us with an upgrade room with harbor view.

For a backpacker point of view, the hotel room is bigger than the other similar hotels in HongKong. The bathroom size is also acceptable. The location is very accessible from the TST and East TST MTR station. It is also near the shopping area of HongKong. I hope they can provide 2 sets of shampoo and body wash next time especially when the room is good for two people especially summer time because we take shower frequently. ☺️ But overall, I would like to stay again in this hotel if the hotel price is affordable and reasonable.

The hotel room is clean and well-organized. It is very convenient and the design is considerate. It is a family-friendly hotel. Three people can put the beds together. There is a public water dispenser in the public area. It is very convenient to get hot and cold water. There is also a microwave available. There is also a small cabinet in the corridor with disposable supplies. It is very thoughtful! There is also a map posted on the wall, which is very considerate. Although the boss is not very talkative, he is very attentive from the layout! It is relatively clean upon check-in. However, room service does not clean the room at all. They only provide a change of towels, bottles of water, and tissues daily. No change of bedsheets either. May be a suitable option for solo travelers who are not fussy but not so much for couples. However, the location is excellent as it is right next to TST MTR and bus stops.

I am quite satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped with all the necessary equipment. The boss also thoughtfully provided an adapter plug. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, which is a convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves barbecued pork rice and the food is very delicious. Highly recommended! Grandpa was very enthusiastic and explained a lot of things to us. The service was 100% perfect. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Hong Kong.

I haven’t been to Hong Kong in five years and I experienced the new hotel in Hong Kong - Meng Zhuon Hotel. The service was considerate and attentive. On the day I left, I called a reserved taxi and put my luggage in the backup room. It's in the box, and it's thoughtful and careful. The restaurant on the 38th floor is so beautiful, with a better view. The Chinese breakfast ordered is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. I feel that if I come next time, I will consider staying there again. Thanks to Dilys chan, Andrew Cheung, and Doudou in the restaurant for their service! (Sorry for any omissions) The greeting card before leaving was also very beautiful and heart-warming. Hotel is very convenient to MTR, bus to airport, restaurants all around the area and malls for shopping. I would like to specially mention their staff’s honesty. I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf. The next day my relative told me he got the phone already. Thank you.
