All the staff including Front Desk, Housekeeper and Concierge are very helpful. l particularly impressed by the Concierge staff named Chris who were always friendly. Its twin room is spacious enough but l would suggest to have more ‘ hangers ‘ and sharper disposable razer. Lots of restaurants nearby and all sorts of transportation vehicles are available. l rate this hotel 8 out of 10. You will not be disappointed

Room a bit on the small side for a group of 4 but perfectly comfortable. Staff very helpful. Location a bit out of the way for Central Hong Kong & unfortunate location next to an open air butchers shop.

I have checked in many times. Although the location is not good, everything else is generally full marks. I arrived early and asked the front desk if I could check in earlier. The front desk staff were very polite and helped me check in early! The room was clean and well-organized. Because of the wooden floor, the room has no smell. I will stay here again.

The location is a bit far from the subway station, but it is quite convenient to have a bus to and from the airport. The room is very large, with large floor-to-ceiling windows to see the landscape, a large wardrobe and a living room, the bed is quite comfortable and easy to sleep in (but be careful that it moves), it is very suitable for resting or working in the room . There is also a small kitchen in the room, so it is very convenient to get something for yourself~ There is also a simple vegetable market downstairs, although it is most convenient to go directly to the restaurant in Hong Kong*** I will give priority to staying here next time, I hope there will be room~ :)

Centrally located, about 500m away from the MTR and just outside there is a bus and tram stop. Lovely room with basic amenities. Felt cheated cos I was looking for a simple gym with at least weights but this ”gym” only has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and 1 recline bike machine. Otherwise its not too shabby

It was super clean, and the reception staff were really nice. Gym was okay, there were two treadmills, a barbell but no squat rack so I could only deadlift. Weights ranged from 1 to 10kg. Overall place was decent, would visit again!
