The hotel is amazing, the roof top pool is a delight. The staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfast is worth the price with a range food from different cuisine. The location is very strategic, close to the Times Square and surrounded by all types of public transportation.

銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店，真是超預期的完美。酒店離時代廣場、崇光百貨都很進出門就是公交站，離地鐵也不遠，樓後是一個足球場，視野開闊，房間內衞生潔凈，床柔軟舒適，為香港行提供了完美的休息。

在香港那麼擁擠的城市 銅鑼灣這種老錢區 許多以前出名的酒店 按現在國人的標準 都已經顯得要麼老舊要麼太小。這間酒店相當新且時尚 房間巧妙運用設計 顯得寬敞舒適。地點離時代廣場（和地鐵站）非常近 幾乎就等於在對面。酒店門前就是電車站 購物交通都十分便利。我們的房間正對跑馬場 景觀令人心曠神怡。天台的游泳池 就更棒了 一邊是酒廊 另一邊是跑馬地的景觀和繁華街景相互交融。酒店的自助早餐精緻豐富，樓下餐廳的午茶也很精美。
提醒一句 酒店雖然相當高級 但是跟大陸的酒店政策不一樣 酒店不提供浴帽（好像還有一些小物件不提供 但是我忘記是什麼了） 由於事先不瞭解這些情況 衹好跟前台購買。
此次 居住過程中 出現了一個小問題 客房部很快就幫忙解決了 還贈送了小禮物 對給我們帶來的不便表示歉意 我們非常感動！下次還會住這家酒店。

帶孩子去香港看C羅沙超杯決賽，看到09年開業，本着賭一把的心態訂的，結果到了之後完全超預期，老牌五星級酒店就是不一樣，一進門就看見C羅簽名球衣，氛圍感拉滿
設施：雖然09年開業的，但保養維修特別好
衞生：衞生沒得説，很乾凈
環境：一點味道都沒有，驚喜
