Cleaning was not done completely and missed one of the first ones. Shower was not working properly too. Room has urine smell. There is no elevator access to Room 501 and we have to carry the heavy luggages up and down the stairs.

The room was fairly clean, but it was really tiny. I've booked other hotels with similar square footage, and they've been much more spacious. We couldn't even fully open two suitcases in the room. The location is good, though, very close to Shinsaibashi. It just feels like the square footage listed isn't quite right.

self checkin, easy. not much service experience, all self, no house keeping service even stay more than 3 days. but everything u need is just right next to the empty reception. easy! for 1-2 days stay is fine.
