RIHGA Royal Properties in Osaka

The hotel is super close to the subway station, right at the exit. The room was generally clean, and both comfort and quietness were good. It's a bit of a walk from the JR station, about 15 minutes. Breakfast was quite expensive, so I didn't eat at the hotel; there's a Matsuya across the street which was a good alternative.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Tsutenkaku Tower and just one stop away from Dotonbori. While there might be places with better value for money, this one is still quite good. As it's a new hotel, the room facilities are brand new and odorless, and the hygiene is excellent. The room layout is a bit unique; the main bedroom area is smaller than a typical 20-square-meter hotel room, making it very compact. Also, the window in my room was completely blocked by an outside building. However, the bathroom setup is fantastic, with a separate toilet and shower/bathtub. I recommend choosing based on your preferences. There's also a hot spring bath on the rooftop. Overall, the conditions are very good.
