We came to the Westin for a New Year’s party. We had such an amazing time, and the staff was so helpful checking us into the room quickly and making sure we had everything we needed during dinner. The next morning we went down for breakfast. We were greeted by wonderful Beatriz. She is one of the most friendly people we’ve ever met. She was so hospitable and completely generous with her time and attention to detail. We sat there for about an hour and she attended to us every moment that we needed her. We’re so grateful to have such an amazing experience here at the Westin.

Two hot dishes (an egg, a meat) Nothing really to eat as a vegetarian. Flavored yogurt, oatmeal packets. There is an airport shuttle, but only on demand. So call ahead for pickup. I ended up taking a taxi from Dulles, as otherwise I was going to have to wait for a while until the shuttle was available.

My husband and I stayed here two nights at Christmas time while visiting relatives near Reston, VA. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and our room in particular. It was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in and we travel frequently. The breakfast was outstanding. It was above the standard breakfast included type. Everything was well stocked and there was plenty of choice. The only slight criticism is that while the beds are comfortable, they are not the fantastically comfortable beds used in the full service Marriott hotels. We had a room in the part of the hotel closest to the road and it was perfectly quiet. The way this hotel is laid out, I would think all the rooms would be quiet.

Nice hotel conveniently located 15 minutes away from IAD. The suites are nice and spacious, perfect for a quiet rest or some daily business. There are several food options nearby within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is correct, in line with most American accommodations. The gym is nicely equipped and is opened 24. The staff is friendly and helpful. I forgot my jacket there and they were able to promptly ship it. Thank you!

Very lucky, I booked this hotel for less than 100 knives. On the outskirts of Washington, the hotel is hard to get here by car. We also accidentally bumped into the space museum with our children. I like this hotel too much. The last time I stayed at this hotel was in San Diego, which was the favorite hotel in the West Coast. This hotel is a small villa group, one unit on the second floor, many rooms. Warm and tidy, the bathroom is oversized and there are two cloakrooms for storing luggage. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Also included breakfast, the breakfast is quite rich, that is, the restaurant is a little smaller, you can go back to your room to eat. There is also a barbecue in the evening. There is free parking and it is very spacious. The surrounding environment is very good, although it is close to the road, but it is not noisy, the environment is quiet, especially suitable for bringing children, seeing a lot of children at breakfast. There is a safrway supermarket next to the hotel, which is open 24 hours. Opposite the hotel's road, about 10 minutes walk, there is a restaurant, Lotte Supermarket, and Chinese buffet. It is highly recommended that friends who live here go to eat Chinese buffet, lunch from Monday to Friday, 8 yuan a person. There are 12 knives on Saturdays, Sundays and dinners. The variety is very rich and the taste is very good. Driving for ten minutes, there is a big store, all selling famous brands, Dior Coach have great value! ! In short, I am very satisfied with this hotel. This hotel is very suitable for leisure travel. I originally wanted to stay for a few more days. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Hotel was nice clean. Bed was comfortable and a wifi wasn't bad for a hotel. Good location. Breakfast was closed due to the virus issue and I had to check out early due to a change in travel plans but while I was there was a very nice stay.

This is a review of the hotel manager, not the hotel, because she is AMAZING! I arrived late at night after 14 hours of travel, but it turned out I was at the wrong hotel. Turns out there are a couple that are named so closely that it's easy to end up at the wrong one. I asked if I could just transfer my reservation to this hotel but she said that wasn't possible. I assume they are owned by different companies. Nevertheless, she personally drove me to the correct hotel when the hotel shuttle driver returned. She definitely didn't have to do that. My thoughts are that any hotel run by someone that committed to guest experience, even if they aren't her guests, is going to run a great hotel.

Good service as an airport hotel. Picking up from the airport, very attentive and punctuate. The hotel is 10 min drive from the airport. Pretty sufficient for 1 night layover. Room is huge with 2 queen beds, big sofa, big TV. Functional bathroom with a small tub. Service is good. Staff are friendly. As the hotel location, they offer to drive you where you want and pick you up. All arranged with the reception. Breakfast is basic and self serving. All plates are plastics for one time use. Recommended for those who want to stay 1 night.

Two hot dishes (an egg, a meat) Nothing really to eat as a vegetarian. Flavored yogurt, oatmeal packets. There is an airport shuttle, but only on demand. So call ahead for pickup. I ended up taking a taxi from Dulles, as otherwise I was going to have to wait for a while until the shuttle was available.

My husband and I stayed here two nights at Christmas time while visiting relatives near Reston, VA. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and our room in particular. It was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in and we travel frequently. The breakfast was outstanding. It was above the standard breakfast included type. Everything was well stocked and there was plenty of choice. The only slight criticism is that while the beds are comfortable, they are not the fantastically comfortable beds used in the full service Marriott hotels. We had a room in the part of the hotel closest to the road and it was perfectly quiet. The way this hotel is laid out, I would think all the rooms would be quiet.

Very lucky, I booked this hotel for less than 100 knives. On the outskirts of Washington, the hotel is hard to get here by car. We also accidentally bumped into the space museum with our children. I like this hotel too much. The last time I stayed at this hotel was in San Diego, which was the favorite hotel in the West Coast. This hotel is a small villa group, one unit on the second floor, many rooms. Warm and tidy, the bathroom is oversized and there are two cloakrooms for storing luggage. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Also included breakfast, the breakfast is quite rich, that is, the restaurant is a little smaller, you can go back to your room to eat. There is also a barbecue in the evening. There is free parking and it is very spacious. The surrounding environment is very good, although it is close to the road, but it is not noisy, the environment is quiet, especially suitable for bringing children, seeing a lot of children at breakfast. There is a safrway supermarket next to the hotel, which is open 24 hours. Opposite the hotel's road, about 10 minutes walk, there is a restaurant, Lotte Supermarket, and Chinese buffet. It is highly recommended that friends who live here go to eat Chinese buffet, lunch from Monday to Friday, 8 yuan a person. There are 12 knives on Saturdays, Sundays and dinners. The variety is very rich and the taste is very good. Driving for ten minutes, there is a big store, all selling famous brands, Dior Coach have great value! ! In short, I am very satisfied with this hotel. This hotel is very suitable for leisure travel. I originally wanted to stay for a few more days. I found that the price on the second day doubled, and the price on the third day was one and a half times! ! Decisively gave up.

We checked in fine and asked about somewhere to eat. The guy on reception recommended a nearby hotel which has an 'Irish' bar attached ('Irish' in the loosest term!) He said the shuttle would be happy to take us and we arranged a time. This went to plan and we shared the ride with 2 other people, they arranged a return journey and so did we but for a little later. Halfway through our meal the driver returned and came to our table, it was nowhere near our arranged collection time! So, we sorted out a time for him to come back later. We waited, waited and waited some more. Eventually gave up and walked the half hour back to the hotel, fairly busy roads and no footpath/sidewalk so we had to be careful. When we got back to the hotel, there was the shuttle bus, no sign of the driver and the receptionist unable to explain what had happened. Now don't get me wrong, the shuttle offer/idea is very welcome. But it has to be put into practice and done right. Had there been an emergency, an airport run was needed etc then we would have understood. But the little bus was just sat there. I see from other reviews that others have also experienced shuttle problems, fortunately ours wasn't an airport run so wasn't drastic, but for those coming off long flights it must be very frustrating, obviously something that the hotel needs to address. However, the hotel was fine, did the job, the room was comfy enough and the breakfast ok, wasn't an extensive choice but it was fine. There's also a petrol station where we got some sandwiches for our drive and they were delicious!

Nice hotel conveniently located 15 minutes away from IAD. The suites are nice and spacious, perfect for a quiet rest or some daily business. There are several food options nearby within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is correct, in line with most American accommodations. The gym is nicely equipped and is opened 24. The staff is friendly and helpful. I forgot my jacket there and they were able to promptly ship it. Thank you!

We were not being recognized nor received any benefit of being a Globalist Member. We were given a very basic room yet there were plenty of suite rooms left on that day. The room we were given does not have any kitchen equipment and has minimal space being a Hyatt House. The loud noise coming from separate in-room unit of AC are very disturbing in the night and we couldn’t sleep well. We were not pleased with the check-in process as we felt we were very rudely treated. The person who checked us in didn't give us any information about the hotel or amenities, and when we asked for a late checkout for 4pm in the next morning he simply just nodded. He didn’t put it in the system. That is what we had to figure out the day after when the housekeeper tried to come into our room at 12pm.

We came to the Westin for a New Year’s party. We had such an amazing time, and the staff was so helpful checking us into the room quickly and making sure we had everything we needed during dinner. The next morning we went down for breakfast. We were greeted by wonderful Beatriz. She is one of the most friendly people we’ve ever met. She was so hospitable and completely generous with her time and attention to detail. We sat there for about an hour and she attended to us every moment that we needed her. We’re so grateful to have such an amazing experience here at the Westin.

This is a review of the hotel manager, not the hotel, because she is AMAZING! I arrived late at night after 14 hours of travel, but it turned out I was at the wrong hotel. Turns out there are a couple that are named so closely that it's easy to end up at the wrong one. I asked if I could just transfer my reservation to this hotel but she said that wasn't possible. I assume they are owned by different companies. Nevertheless, she personally drove me to the correct hotel when the hotel shuttle driver returned. She definitely didn't have to do that. My thoughts are that any hotel run by someone that committed to guest experience, even if they aren't her guests, is going to run a great hotel.
