Trash everywhere out in the parking lot which included used needles. The hallways are disgusting, yellowed paint, the bathroom door had two punch holes in it, which the hotel thought the best solution was to stuff a towel in it. The smoke detector was removed. The three lamps in the room…. Only one had a lamp shade, there was what appears to be blood spray on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The air conditioning barely worked and and there was trash from the previous people. Luckily I had my own blanket and pillows cause I don’t trust that the bedding has been washed. The place should be condemned. Complete filth. I understand there are low cost hotels in the world but this one really took the cake. Damn… management nor owners clearly give a crap. Wish I had some pictures to share.

The hotel is an InterContinental brand. It doesn't feel like a 17-year-old new building, it may be a renovation. The hotel is close to the highway. The double rooms are on the highway side. If you are afraid of noise, you can book a twin room. The service was really not good. A Mexican woman at the front desk answered everything first. Sorry, this is not possible. It is very blunt.
