Hanoi Amore Hotel & Travel Reviews

It’s a 2-star hotel (based on the number of stars displayed on its signboard). The facilities are ok. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed there 3 nights and was given 2 nos of 350m water bottles per day FOC. The room service is free as I was told. The only opportunity for improvement that I could see is the water heater in my room. The hot water didn’t come out consistently throughout. It was running a while only then the water become cooler, but I guess not all rooms have this problem. Overall, I’m having good experience here. Will book it again if I go to Hanoi next time

The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi, convenient for traveling. There is a basement for parking, which is also a plus. Clean room with nice view window.

The front desk provided English service and helped with luggage, which was fully in line with expectations as a 2-star hotel.

A bit old, the bathroom doesn't have a fixed shower head, only a removable shower head.

The hotel room is large and elegantly decorated. The boss is very nice. I must give it a thumbs up. The hotel can help book a taxi to and from the airport. If you don’t have a Vietnamese taxi app, you can ask the boss to help, which is very convenient. There are some snack bars around, where you can try Vietnamese spring rolls and Pho. It's just that the surrounding environment is not very good, it's quite dirty, especially the river water at the door has a smell. But the environment in Vietnam is basically like this, so there is nothing we can do.
