Location, location, location! You can walk everywhere and it’s right in the hustle and bustle, so much so it was a little overwhelming the first time we stepped out of the hotel in the morning after arriving in the quiet of the night! Staff was excellent. Room was clean albeit a tad small. But all good 👍🏻

The location was good, the bed was good, the shower had hot water, The Wi-Fi was good. The only issue I had with the room was there was no window Which was in all the pictures. So if you want a window, you have to make sure you make that clear when you make the reservation.

Cons: Rooms have no windows, although written as “maybe no windows”. Rooms are also very noisy - you can hear nearly every word of your neighbors. Breakfast is below average.
Pros: after complaining about the noise level, the lobby gave us free vouches for drinks.

It’s right in the old town which is walkable everywhere such as Arne famous beer street or the train street station is only 15 mins away, but it’s still
Quiet. The hotel rooms are so nice and the staff are the best

Great services, great front desk. all the staff are welcoming.
Helped us to arrange early check in bcoz we arrived early morning (with extra charge of coz)
Only downside - no window in the room but it wasn't a huge issue

Great service mind of the night shift staff on April 12 impressed us. As we have to leave Ha Noi to Sa Pa in the early morning (6:30AM), she proposed us prepared breakfast boxes to take on the bus. How cute!!
