La Siesta Classic Hang Thung

Hoan Kiem District Hanoi|0.67km from Halong Bay Day Tours
I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

Amira Hotel Hanoi

Hoan Kiem District
The location and service were very good, but there were countless small flies flying around in the room. Furthermore, something like a cockroach came out in the shower room. Also, the shower only came out with water, which was a problem. However, the Wi-Fi is strong and you can register Youtube, Netflix, and Amapura on the TV, so you can enjoy stress-free on the big screen even during your stay.

Nice hotel right in the old district, easy to locate ad it's very close to an old wall passage, so also easy for taxi driver to take you back home. However my room was very small and quite stinky from restaurants below, even if I was in 4th floor. Friendly staff that speak English
Veshia Hotel & Spa

Hoan Kiem District
As soon as we arrived at the hotel, every employee welcomed us warmly. Moreover, the hotel staff spoke English very well and there was no problem in communicating. The hotel also provides masseurs to the hotel for massages. Even though it was close to 10 o'clock in the evening, they were still very active. Helped us find a masseur. It was super cheap and comfortable after the discount. The massage lady was also very enthusiastic. Although the toilet was clogged, the hotel staff immediately actively assisted in solving the problem. The air conditioning in the room was great. The breakfast in the hotel was very diverse and delicious. The bathroom was large, but the shower head was The shower head is not easy to use, but it does not affect the bathing, so the overall accommodation quality is still five stars! The accommodation is very close to the downtown area and can be reached in ten minutes' walk!

Highly recommend staying here, perfect location in old quarter, walking distance to everything, room spacious, spotless and comfortable bed. Fantastic cheap and quick laundry service. However the highlight was the wonderful man at reception. He is so warm and welcoming, greeted you every morning and evening with high-fives, handshakes and jokes. He went above and beyond for us, helping to organise our tours, buses, taxis all at discounted rates, he allowed us to leave our bags with him while on tours. He really made our stay so much easier and better, we ended up going back to stay 3 times because we loved it so much. 10/10 all round! Thank you so much for everything! We will miss you!
Maya Boutique Hotel & Spa

We loved our time in Hanoi and coming home to The Maya Boutique after some very full days. Our favourite part was the balcony, watching the busy street life made this really special. Location in the Old Quarter was excellent too, we could walk everywhere and felt like we were really in the thick of things.

The location is excellent, the 36-story street area is convenient to go anywhere. The boss service is particularly good, the hotel has a map, and the boss will mark the route for you to play. The door is eating. Highly recommend this store.
