Apartments in Salem

Great stay! Great place! The whole floor was clean and organized. The whole floor also felt inviting and comforting. We enjoyed how close we where to everthing. We were both so happy with found this apartment.

The property was not in the best condition it was not very clean and the supplier said it can accommodate 8 people but the pull out coach was a single person bed with no extra bedding. Initially we booked for 5 people and then he let him know we had added 3 more total of 8 people which was the max allowed. He said it was $40 per person which is 120 for 3 people plus $40 per night per person which is another $120 He charged us $360 and wanted it Zelled to him instead of completing transaction through ******* where I originally booked. It was all just to suspicious and didn’t seem right and we were over charged. The house was not the cleanest the pillow cases looked like they hadn’t been washed. The bathrooms walls had water bubbles as if there was a leak in between the walls. Some of the girls got sick let’s hope we weren’t exposed to mold It was close to downtown that was the only good thing. I did message the Person when we got to the house and to this day no response

Property was fine. It is well located to see the sites in Salem. Only negative was that the neighbors were a bit loud at night.

Graduation weekend Pros: Very close to area activities Room for 6 adults Cons: Everything about the kitchen was dirty and gross. Decided we wouldn’t be cooking anything and had to wash the dishes before we could use them. No kitchen towels, just 1/2 roll of paper towels and one nasty sponge. Not enough eating utensils. 6 adults staying, only 5 bath towels and 4 hand towels. Had to go to Walmart to buy more towels and wash clothes. Most of the furniture is well used and falling apart. Not very comfortable. Besides the nightly fee and taxes we had to pay a facility fee. When I realized our reservation said 3 adults not 6, contacted the owner and had to pay additional $.

Perfect place for visiting Salem easily walkable to all the fun and action!

This property was located perfectly and very near to all of the fun activities in Salem! The owner was very responsive and helpful! The only additional comments I would add is the two twin bedroom room really needs a mattress upgrade and is quite uncomfortable. There is no oven on the property so do not expect to bake any items. Other than that it is definitely a location I would book again.

This was a great spacious place! It was a great location to all the attractions and restaurants! We walked everywhere!

Area is questionable but didn’t feel unsafe once inside. Loud cars & music but quieted down by 11pm. Room for 2 cars but there was already a car there upon arrival so didn’t want to block them in so found over nite parking for $4 at the T station by bridge St. Apartment was spacious and accommodating.Quick walk to the harbor and downtown festivities!

This is in the most unsafe place in Salem The day we get there the property owner came cause he arched you threw a camera and demanded $320 more because we had more than 4 people. Which we gave him he wanted a picture of my moms credit card we gave him cash Then that night there was a fight outside a man got beaten up bad Second night our party left but me and 2 children because how unsafe the neighborhood is That night a couple men tried to attempt to break in I called the police they came said the house across the street was shot 17 times and this house should not be allowed to be rented out do to the safety I left that night with my children and called the landlord which does not respond I had to pay for a hotel to protect my children and the landlord will not give money back after police report was made and our safety was put in jeopardy Even not staying our full stay having to pay for another hotel
