Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is in a sky scraper from where you can see all of Hanoi. I was there during the ***** new year celebrations and one of the best locations to view the firworks was the hotel's lobby and restraunt. The hotel also organized lion dance for ***** new year. The breakfast is also really good with loads and loads of cuisine options. Also try the pecan pie at the cafe, it is absolutely delicious. The best part however is the hospitality team. Kudos to them for making me and my girlfriend feel fully taken care of. Their attention to detail to each guest's plans is immaculate. It was ***** new year night and we could not find a grab as there were none available and we had a train to catch. The staff knew where we were headed as they also helped us book. They had already ordered a cab for us as we were getting late. The team made our stay delightful and I will definitely be back.

We moved to this hotel after a less than great night at a nearby hotel. The location is ideal if you want to be near the lake or have business with an embassy. The lake is a 30 second walk, the embassies 10 minutes or so. There is a large grocery story (VinMart) a short walk away. The room has a large sitting area, work desk, full kitchen with a household-size refrigerator/freezer, and the bed is very comfortable as are the pillows. The bed area can be sectioned off by closing a floor-to-ceiling curtain between it and the lounge area -- convenient when your travel companion wants to get up early to work (and turn on all the lights). The bathroom includes a full-size tub and a Japanese toilet (i.e., heated seat and built in bidet with multiple options). We were there in the midst of the pandemic so occupancy was low. Rather than a breakfast buffet they provided us with a menu that included a very large selection of items ranging from Western standards to Vietnamese standards. You won't go hungry from lack of options. Evenings in the rooftop restaurant includes groups of local youth taking selfies of themselves in the 'fancy' surroundings. Worth an evening drink for the beautiful lake view as well as the people watching. Staff were great, food was very good and prices in the mini bar were entirely reasonable. Coffee, tea, drinking water and a FULL breakfast are included. If this location fits your needs when visiting Hanoi, I cannot recommend it more highly.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

I booked this hotel for a business trip to Hanoi. Every staff member was very enthusiastic and had a great service attitude. Smiling service was throughout. There were drinks and candies when checking in, as well as detailed explanations of the routes to nearby attractions, restaurant opening hours, etc., and a free glass of wine from the terrace bar. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to experience the skybar this time. The restaurant has a different breakfast every day, with a lot of variety, and I won't get tired of it even after eating for four days. The three of us booked a family room for a business trip. The area is quite large and the hygiene is also very good! Every day when we go out and come back, the front desk will greet us and greet us. It was a very pleasant stay experience.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

The best service during the trip in Vietnam. The team always are helpful and with kindly smile. Recommend as per below points: 1. Provide efficient and interesting daily trip advice 2. Provide resto recommendations depends on guest preference, which includes local Vietnam food, snacks, vegan food 3. Welcome drinks and kindly catch up during check in 4. Wonderful sky bar drinks 5. Efficient email to let guests know night market arrangement 6. Super clean room and trendy decorations. Bed sheet has been ironed. 7. Many choices for international TV Channels 8. Good location for one night stay as in the center of the old town Last but not least, thx for Aubrey’s help to make us the day!

be mindful they lock the doors at night but theres usually someone in the lobby to unlock, dont be like me and panic and prepare because the elevator shuts off at night so dont come back drunk because stairs will be your only option lol ! hehe this place is such a little hidden gem i loved our room, was small but it had everything we needed and felt like a nice comfy nook/studio. the bed is comfortable and all the staff are very friendly. It felt a little difficult to get to by grab, but easy when you are just walking around the old quarter on your own. very affordable and worth the price! i would stay here again because its close enough to all the activities and a clean comfortable stay!

Ok this will be an odd review. We didn’t stay in this hotel, but walked into their lobby one night to ask if they could call us a good taxi to get out of the busy Old Quarter to get to our hotel. They were super accommodating, even offering us to sit and wait in their lobby, and then even walking us out to the taxi when it came. This type of service and helpfulness just doesn’t happen everywhere in the world. If I could rank a hotel in the old quarter on lobby customer service alone, I’d recommend this hotel, and if I ever need a hotel in the old quarter I’ll look to this hotel as a definite option in the future. On first impressions alone, extremely friendly, very memorable, thanks to the hotel front desk gentleman for the help.

Nice and new. Clean. Great service from reception and bell boys. Breakfast was good. Used the spa services and it was fine but the massueses were quite rude with their comments and said inappropriate things to my partner in front of me, quite unprofessional. It's their job to provide a service and nothing more. The wait staff in the restaurant serving breakfast were efficient but a little unprofessional as when it hit 10am (when breakfast stopped) they were celebrating amongst themselves. I can understand Vietnamese and perhaps they thought I couldn't understand. I found this to be quite unprofessional, maybe my expectation that they should do their job quietly and efficiently was too much. They also moved me to another table for their convenience as the table I chose to sit at would have been more work for them to clean. I asked why they moved me, when I came back from getting my food, and the reply was that they wanted me to enjoy the view out of the window. This was a blatant lie as my original seat had a better view and was already by the window, I could only conclude that me sitting at a four person table instead of a two person table was inconvenient for them, even though breakfast was about to end and that there was only a few people there finishing their breakfast. I also found that the cleaning staff were just chatting about their daily lives in the elevator in front of me and on corridors. Is it me or should the staff be quiet, intrusive and wait for no guests to be around to gossip and talk? Aside from these aspects of the staff, everything else was good, the food, friendliness, location and cleanliness was on point. Lastly, as the hotel is new, there's still some renovation work going on but it doesn't disturb you from a good night's sleep.
