Although room is small, it is ok to stay. Room is neat and tidy. But it is difficult to communicate with staffs.

Ignore the other high-rated reviews; this restaurant is a scam. The soundproofing is terrible, the bed is tattered, the blankets are damp, and there's a strong smell of smoke in both the elevator and the room. The service is awful; the air conditioning didn't have heating. They said it was there when I called, but when I arrived they said it wasn't, without even an apology. Don't book here again if you use this app; it's a total rip-off. They won't even give me a refund, acting like they don't care.

The facilities of this hotel are really terrible. After my first stay, I will never want to stay there again. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is not strong and the facilities are simple. The bathroom facilities are even worse. The toothbrushes and toiletries are worthless. Head. With such poor equipment at such a price (more than NT$1,200), the price/performance ratio is really low. Breakfast is not self-service. The public space corridors and elevators are like a hot stove with no air conditioning at all.
