Very good place for a night stay.
Location: An island on Truc Bach Lake? Fairly quiet, reasonably well-connected (5-10 minute walk to 86CT bus stop).
There is a fair amount of shopping (daily necessities, food, drinks, etc.), and a fair amount of restaurants.
→ Nothing to complain about.
Cleanliness: Not in the habit of nitpicking.
A little dust, but so what if there's a little hair?
The towels and sheets were washed and clean.

Celina was super friendly and kind, she help us on everything, by far the best experience I had on any country. Hotel also super clean and nice. Awesome location! And again Celina made everything easy for us, transport and tours. Strongly recommended!

Very good hotel, quite clean unfortunately a little noisy but it's not so disturbing, warm welcome, a person you can contact to find the best things to do in Hanoi and its surroundings but also for good restaurants etc... great thank you very much!

L'appartement est calme tout en étant bien situé (ce qui est rare à Hanoi). C'est en réalité le 2em hôtel que nous avons choisi dans Hanoï (le premier était mal isolé et assez bruyant et comme nous restions longtemps dans la ville, nous avons decidé de changer) et si vous cherchez un endroit au calme alors je recommande. L'immeuble est situé sur une presqu'île sur le lac donc agréable de s'y balader et il y a plusieurs restaurants autour. Le centre est à 15min à pied environ. Le staff est très gentil et disponible pour des conseils. Nous avons pu faire une lessive sur place. L'appartement est grand, propre et bien équipé.

Hôtel bien placé proche du lac pleins de restaurants et cafés à proximité 20 minutes à pied du centre historique tout se fait à pied Équipé très réactive et à l’écoute ils nous ont donnés pleins de conseils et aider à réserver nos excursions Je recommande
