Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel

Wulin Square (Downtown Area) Hangzhou|0.94km from West Lake Cultural Square
The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

Homeinn Plus (Hangzhou West Lake Culture Square Metro Station)
4.6/52155 Reviews
Wulin Square (Downtown Area)
The hotel is just behind the Cultural Square, very close to the subway station! I give it a five-point location. The room is a little small, the bathroom is so compact that the door can't be fully opened, and the air conditioner is too loud at night. You get what you pay for!
Atour Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Cultural Square)

Wulin Square (Downtown Area)
A good weekend for children, Atour's location is very good, opposite to Zhejiang Natural History Museum, Science and Technology Museum, 24-hour Natural History Museum, movie theater, and transportation is very convenient. The hotel staff is also very friendly, the hotel air conditioner is very powerful, and the hot water is also big, the children like it very much. There are also beautiful views and fountains outside the window! I will recommend friends and family members to stay again next time!
Hanting Express (Westlake Culture Square)
4.6/5760 Reviews
Wulin Square (Downtown Area)
The location is in the center of Hangzhou, so traveling is very convenient, with buses and subways nearby. The hotel has been recently renovated, and everything including air conditioners, TVs, and kettles are all new. It's just that the room is a bit small and people can't turn around. The bathroom is also very small. Fortunately it's clean and tidy. It can be considered a relatively formal Hanting. Breakfast was pretty good too.
Ruidu Jiali Hotel

Wulin Square (Downtown Area)
The location is excellent, the subway can be reached in a few minutes, the room is not much, there is a place to put the suitcase, the bathroom is quite spacious. The decoration is a bit old but not disabled, it feels very clean. The sheets and towels are white and the utensils are complete. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the water power is still strong. But the mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were underwhelming. The sound insulation was very poor. The sound of moving furniture and collisions began at 8 o'clock in the morning and couldn't sleep.
Metropolo Jinjiang Hotels (Hangzhou West Lake Culture Square)

Wulin Square (Downtown Area)
The hotel environment is very warm, the room is cleaned very well, it is very convenient to go to the surrounding shopping malls and attractions, the lady is very friendly and helps us answer questions. Overall, it is very good. It is very convenient to go to the subway station, which is only 100 meters away. There are many subway entrances, probably about 8 to 10. Go to the West Lake Cultural Square at night, the night view is also beautiful, and walk along the canal at night, which is very comfortable. Highly recommended. ! !

The location is great. You can take the subway to West Lake for 3 stops and get there directly. The front desk service is friendly and the breakfast is also very good. They have my favorite fresh mushroom coffee.
