This was my second time coming here. A group of us travelled to Hangzhou to celebrate my friends birthday. The guest manager and Damon on the front desk were very helpful when organise a cake and some decorations to make sure the room was personal. They also gave us a free upgrade and free VIP to celebrate the birthday thank you so much. The service at the gym was amazing Christiana speaks good English and he explained how the gym and swi***ool service works. The gym has a lot of equipment and the swimming pool is at the right temperature. The breakfast has a variety of both English and Chinese food and it's a good spread. We loved our stay at JW Marriott. Lastly, I would like to thank the concierge Albert he was so helpful he helped us with our takeaway food and also explained to our taxi driver the directions. He was polite and offered us masks before our travel this is a true example of excellent service thank you Albert you should be in management.

The front desk service staff小鲍 was very helpful! We checked in almost 11ish at night. He was patient and gave us additional amenities as housekeeping was already closed for the night. Breakfast spread is wide. There's a 'live' noodle station. Nothing like freshly cooked hot noodles with wanton. Good spread of greens fresh salad and fruits with other Chinese hot items. Convenient location. There's 1 nice restaurant just 1 min down the road that serves till late. Their 'dongpuo' braise pork roast is really good. Another seafood noodles & porridge restaurant next door is great too. On the same row is a Lawson supermarket. Very convenient. InTime shopping centre is within walking distance. Wulin Square is a little further down the road. So is the metro station.

Overall a great hotel, have stayed here before covid. But currently the restaurant is closed, so there is no on site food nor room service available. Breakfast is basic but ok. Rooms are great and to a very high standard. Some staff speak English, so booking taxi etc was painless. Plenty of local restaurant very nearby 20 mins to east station in morning

I booked a hotel after a night trip to Wulin Pier. It took ten minutes to share a bicycle and the starting price of a taxi. Breakfast is 68 full price for a child over 1.2 meters tall. Thank you to the front desk for sending the children's breakfast. The baby in the bathtub loves it and can watch TV while washing. It's been too hot in Hangzhou these days. As a result, I couldn't sleep well without air conditioning. I am very satisfied with the service and feel very safe. Radisson is really nice.

We always enjoy our stay when we come here! The check in was easy and the front desk spoke English and were very friendly. The bed is super comfy and I love the tub! There seems to be a lot of restaurants nearby (along the river) but were closed due to CNY. We look forward to coming back and exploring more. Kerry Center was an easy 40 min walk or so

The room is clean and tidy and has no peculiar smell. The guys and girls at the front desk are very polite, considerate and patient, making you truly feel at home. There is an independent washing machine and dryer. Because it was too late to wash the clothes at night, the service staff also thoughtfully helped dry the clothes and delivered them to the door of the room, which was surprising and comfortable. It was the first time I chose Atour and I didn’t make any mistakes. I decided to renew without hesitation. Five-star praise and recommendation! It's just that ”there is gold and jade on the outside, but ruins and lint on the inside.” The front desk knew that there was no air conditioning that night and did not tell me before I checked in. The room temperature was over 28 degrees all night, which made me unable to sleep all night. I argued with their front desk, and he said it was impossible to check out, and he only gave me a fan to solve the problem. The fan still cannot rotate. ”Let me call the sky not to respond and the earth not to hear it.” In the end, I had to endure it silently, which hurt my body and mind. What surprised me the most was that Trip.com was not notified that there was a problem with the hotel's air conditioning and was unable to convey it to me. It's really puzzling.

The room is quite big, with a bathtub, which the kids like very much. The surrounding area is also very prosperous, with convenient transportation. The service attitude is very good. When you get off the car, someone will help you carry the suitcase. I praise the front desk Xiao Fu and the night shift room attendant Chen Shuxia. There are robots delivering things, which is fun. I originally wanted to stay for two days, but I stayed for two more days. The only problem is that there was an alarm at 4:10 am on the first night, which woke us up. I guess it was set by the previous person.

The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.
