Yuqi Hotel (West Lake Yuhuang Mountain South Branch)

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
Excellent value for money. Location is very convenient and in a quieter district. There are food stores just across the railway (you can walk over in 5mins). My room was away from the railway so I was not disturbed by any noise. Reception staff was always helpful when I asked questions and needed advice. Toilet is clean, room is clean. Water heater and water pressure is excellent. Overall, a good stay and will recommend to friends.

unique design: A new hotel that has been open for just one year, with a fashionable and youthful design Praise for details: I like the coffee machine, toiletry bag, co-branded drinks in the mini bar, newspaper-type menu, and special cups and saucers. Western breakfast: Although there is also porridge and kanercheon, I feel that the breakfast is mainly Western-style and the snacks are very tempting. Service enthusiasm: The beautiful girl at check-in and the breakfast room manager (I don’t know the name) Vicky and Max at check-out were both professional and enthusiastic, responded positively to requests, and the souvenir aromatherapy smelled great.

For a business trip alone, this hotel is really great. The hotel is newly renovated and has no smell. Towels and bath towels are disposable and relatively hygienic. There is a free luggage storage cabinet on the first floor, which is convenient and safe. The little brother at the front desk was very enthusiastic and liked it. The business hotel at this price is already impeccable and great.

I came to Hangzhou temporarily for business and booked a hotel. I was surprised when I arrived. The entrance looks like a private residence, with the smell of an old Shanghai bungalow. Once you enter, you will find a cave. It is built against the mountain. In addition to the guest rooms, there are actually two restaurants, one Cantonese and one Seafood hot pot; the Cantonese food I had in the evening was delicious; the hotel’s photos are very beautiful with beautiful light and shadow effects; the environment in the store is also very unique, the furniture in the room is also very stylish, and there is floor heating in the room, and the exclusive butler service is also very considerate ; There is also a welcome card that makes people feel at home. The breakfast at the hotel is very special and the dishes are very rich. It is a Cantonese-style morning tea breakfast. The shrimp dumplings are very tender and the porridge is also delicious. It is the first time I have experienced this kind of breakfast. Breakfast, the hotel is also very close to the West Lake, it is a good place for a business trip!

There is no need to praise this Internet celebrity hotel for its grandeur and style. The details are truly impeccable. As a senior hotelier, this hotel must be worth staying at again and again. The humanistic service is also very considerate. The waiters are gentle and respond with warm smiles. The historical stories and humanistic feelings contained in the hotel can also be felt by the guests with their hearts and emotions, which is great. After checking out, I was given a high-quality souvenir! I would like to express my special praise to the hotel waiters, they are very attentive and considerate! Especially in the past two days, maybe it was fate. I met the same cleaning lady Aunt Mao twice😄. She has a very good attitude, she is simple and approachable, which makes people feel warm and cordial! I will definitely choose here again next time I have a chance! The hotel industry is becoming more and more popular, but if this so-called popularity improves quality, increases the viscosity between customers and hotels, allows guests to have a better experience, and also makes the hotel itself better and better, then like this The status is healthy development! The future is bright, come on!

I booked the wrong room due to my own reasons. The receptionist Xiao Huang was very gentle and considerate. After learning about the situation, she upgraded the room for free. Thank you so much😊 The room is clean and tidy. Children like the smart system. The location is very good and it is convenient to go anywhere. Highly recommended.
