首先必須聲明這是一條不帶任何偏頗，非常中肯的點評，當晚值班的前台小姐姐，很温柔很有耐心，處理問題很及時，我非常滿意也很認可她，但是房間問題真的太大了，這是我定的雅居大床房，我給小姐姐打了兩個電話確認真的沒有開錯房間嗎，跟宣傳圖完全不符，沒有窗户，沒有洗衣機，房間百分之兩百沒有28平，小的像一個出租屋，床頭衹有一個插頭，如果兩個人住一起，你充電我就沒辦法充電，這些問題當初設計的時候為什麼不考慮呢，對於房間的問題，小姐姐的回答是因為我們到的太晚了，衹剩沒有窗户的房間，那麼我想對話酒店管理層，如果沒有房間，大可不出售，為何要賣羊頭掛狗肉出售與展示圖完全不符的房間？
